GoogleI have used the lettings department to advertise our property for let, Laura Hopkins-Cross took the property on and was polite, friendly and professional throughout. The property was on the market the same day as the valuation was completed and a tenant found within two weeks. Very happy.

Being self employed the application process was quite complicated but Hollie guided us through it, kept us in the loop at every step and made sure that nothing stopped the application being successful, which of course, it was!

GoogleWe have recently sold our property with 'Your Move' who are based in Newton Abbot. We originally purchased the property from the same estate agents and received a professional and friendly service from initial enquiry through to purchase. We viewed the property at least four times as it is fair to say that it need some redevelopment. Three years on we have decided to move on again! So it made complete sense to return to 'Your Move' in Newton Abbot for them to deal with the sale again, especially as they were very familiar with the property. We were not disappointed, the valuation was completed in professional manner with every aspect covered in detail, all from the comfort of our newly decorated front room. The agent was contacted to take new photographs, there was a slight delay due to the winter weather but as soon as a snow free window arrived the photos were taken and property details were promptly published. We had contact with Paul and the team virtually every day as a string of people wanting to view quickly came our way. After three weeks we received and offer which was accepted and completion has just taken place today 20th July. One area of concern was the appointment of the solicitor, I instructed Paul to use the in house solicitor, thinking they would be based in Torbay area, to my surprise I found that the solicitor was based ion Peterborough. I spoke to Paul who reassured me that there would be no problem with the geographic location and that in his experience it was better to use the more modern solicitors firm, who would have people available to work on our file even if the main allocated solicitor was away on holiday or absent from the work place. Often one solicitor allocated would place your the file on hold if they were away with no-one to pick up the workload to move the case no in their absence. This turned out to be excellent advise, we had a very professional solicitor who represented us to a very high standard and left no stone upturned to ensure we had all enquires met, and indeed went on holiday and passed our file over to a colleague to continue in her absence. All in all it has taken about two and half months, but during this time the 'Your Move' team were always available and answered every enquiry as quickly as possible, Feedback from the viewers was timely and sufficient. We would defiantly recommend 'Your Move' to any person wishing to sell their property. Thank you Paul and the team, great job all around!

GoogleAlthough we didn't actually buy our new home through Your Move they did get a mortgage sorted for us and I cannot praise Hollie Cale at the Newton Abbot Branch highly enough. The service she provided was outstanding and she got the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. If you need a mortgage then Hollie is the lady to go and see.

GoogleWe went to your move to purchase our first property. They were all friendly helpful and not pushy like some estate agents. We had a morgage appointment with Hollie who was fab start to finish. Always at the end of the phone to answer our questions. She made everything less stressful and really did do her upmost to help us. We will definitely go back to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleJust rented a house through these guys and Sophie could not have helped us more, especially with only having a couple of weeks to find a house and move! She stayed in contact with us regularly, giving us updates and any help we need. Even after moving we still have phone calls, checking everything is ok and if there’s anything they can do to make things smoother settling in. Easy to get in contact with and will always get things done quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend!
