Thanks to Your Move Newton Abbot for helping me locate and move into a property in Torquay. Ben at the agency has been very helpful in addressing any issues than came up and advising with things like the reference check procedures and documents, and also for corresponding with the property owner and helping to begin that relationship. It's early days in the new place but everything looks great and we are happy with the service received so far. Many thanks!

Flat was in an absolute state when we first started renting. What followed was delays on maintenance(3 months to fix one thing), delays on returning our deposit finished with charging us £120 for the pleasure of ending our tenancy. I have no idea what that £120 goes towards since we paid for the cleaning ourselves(as you would expect) so presumably it was £120 to look at the tidy flat and tick a box.

The team were amazing from start to finish. Providing the very best support I could have asked for: they all went ‘above & beyond’ for me. I am unhesitantly dubbing them - ‘The very best of Estate Agents’

Best in the South West! Rebecca in particular (and the team) have been amazing over the past few months, from the initial viewing to the completion of our purchase. Always happy to answer any questions and prepared to accommodate our requirements for viewings etc, due to work commitments. More than happy to recommend Your Move for an efficient service. Thank you all.

A big thank you to Nick Berry from Your Move Camborne who showed us around a few properties and was a great help in our search for a rental property. Nick is like no other Lettings negotiator we have come across, he is so lovely, friendly, helpful, funny and charismatic. He went well above and beyond to really help us and it was clear that he genuinely cared about our situation and finding us the right property. Great Job Nick, hope to see you around sometime! Putting our house up for sale was a huge decision for us as we found our forever home!! We had no idea where to start but we were guided through the process with Rebecca from the Camborne branch! Highly professional! Always called me back promptly (there were a lot of calls), and nothing was ever too much trouble! Highly recommend!! Even with the last minute glitch they were there to keep us calm and explain everything! Just brilliant service! Thank you!!!

Having already spoken to another local estate agent and being advised of so much that I needed to do before advertising my property for sale I thought I would give Your Move a go.......i am so pleased I did, they made the whole process extremely straightforward and easy and I didn't have to do nowhere near what the other Estate Agent suggested! I would recommend using them, it worked very well for me, many thanks to Nick the branch manager.

Dealt with Hollie C from the Newton abbot branch and couldn't be happier with the service. She has done everything we could've asked for and more. Friendly and professional throughout.
