GoogleAs a landlord with several properties in the Plymouth area, I have used Your Move on many occasions. I find all the staff, without exception, to be most helpful and competant at their jobs. Having used other agents in the past Your Move have been by far the most efficient and I find them very nice to deal with. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

GoogleIt had to be the longest 'straight forward' house move in history over 32 weeks. We really thought we were going to lose our minds but Gina Toms from Mutley Plain branch was exceptional. She worked very hard to get the sale completed and not for us to lose it. She was patient and very pro-active in moving the sale forward, on both sides (purchase and sale) I would most definitely recommend Gina as a contact at this branch. Thank you so much.

GoogleMy experience with Your Move whilst trying to purchase a flat from a re possession was a little daunting at times. Kelly Dillon from Your Move Mannamead, Plymouth was brilliant, she found out more information in 10 minutes that i had been waiting for over a month for my solicitor to find out, and in-fact we ended up advising the solicitor. I really appreciated everything that Kelly did she went beyond the call of duty and made the purchase as stress free as possible. I hope Kelly's hard work and dedication to my purchase was financially rewarding for her, in my opinion Kelly deserves to be at the top of her game and one of the higher earners in her chosen profession. I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime but found Kelly to be the most informative, friendly and all round professional. Dan was very professional and kept us up to date with everything which was going on as this was all new to us. GoogleYour Move were absolutely superb throughout my recent sale. I had a fairly tricky property to sell, but they not only kept the viewers coming through the door when other agents couldn't, but they demonstrated a professionalism and knowledgeable approach that simply wasn't matched throughout the various attempts by other agents. I wish I had instructed them sooner! Thanks to all the team in particular Kelly who was a super star throughout. Would love to deal again. Thanks.

GoogleExcellent service ftom Kelly, from my initial phone call and onwards. She e-mailed and returned calls promptly, which is not every agents default position, i can assure you. Kelly accompanied me to 7 viewings on Friday morning. As a result of this professionalism and enthusiasm i found a lovely flat. I am relocating and had to cram numerous viewings with Kelly and other agents in, over the short time i was in Devon. She stood out head and shoulders above any other agent. She did an excellent job and is a credit to her firm.

GoogleThank for getting back to me (not)after I phoned yesterday to make enquires and book a viewing for your one bed ground floor flat in torpoint I suggest you change your advert and put working person or persons only and not an old age pensioner that's worked most of her life it may be me but iv had this happen before it seems my money is not good enough but it would be polite for you just to ring me back or send an email as promised

And when a few months later we had to move due to landlord needing property back, Kelly called us personally to offer her help and support in finding our next home.
