GoogleThanks to JLL for letting me rent an apartment with full of problems and no one wants to solve the problems for me. I have to wait for a long time to receive the response from the staff and all they have done is keep letting me wait. Update: It has been more than half a year, no one fixes the problems, the agency kept letting me wait, landlord never reply. I am living in a room with a lot of broken items.

GoogleJust let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.

GoogleI have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Great Stewardship for JLL.

You have a very well presented home but I was particularly pleased that having found a prospective purchaser who needed to sell a property just as we went into "lock down" we were able to find a purchaser for their property via a virtual viewing video tour, to comply with the Covid 19 regulations.

Google"Caron particurlarly as well as Sally as the Llangefni office supported us through the purchase of a house. They always new exactly what the situation was regarding the purchase and always were there with any queries. They communicated very well at all times and always got back to us. The purchase at times was difficult in part due to Covid 19 and they helped navigate through this. "

GoogleWe were very happy with the Caernarfon team. They always got straight back to us and made us feel as though we were their only customer. After the sale they kept mail for the previous owner month after month because they didn’t want to give a forwarding address. An exceptional estate agent.
