GoogleNot 100% happy. I live next door to a property that Williams and goodwin are letting. An illegal extention and an illegal drain on my wall that's causing me damp and real problems. In talks with the council who are on my side x

The Trusted AgentA very pleasant experience.
This was the 8th property we have sold over a few years with Williams and Goodwin. Again it was a simple and seamless experience realistic in every respect and within realistic values and very proffesional.

GoogleExcellent service from Williams & Goodwin in selling my property. In an age where it often feels that we are pushed to use impersonal websites or industrial-scale call centres, it was refreshing to encounter proper personal service, backed up by expert local knowledge. From initial discussion to completion of the sale, their expert knowledge and sound advice was invaluable. I received regular and timely updates, and as I live at the other end of the country I particularly appreciated their willingness to spend time with me on the telephone, often out of office hours and at weekends. All my telephone calls to the office were, without fail, dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Thank you for the kind words of recognition Meredydd. Whilst we live in a day and age where it is necessary to embrace modern technology I am a firm believer that this should not allow a company to forget traditional values, and if you can create an environment within which both work side by side, this helps to not only generate the results we strive to achieve, but means the customer experience is as stress free as possible. The really good news is the purchaser has already contacted me to say how delighted she is with the property and is cracking on with the many adaptations she had planned to enhance the character your family home had. Regards Tim

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service
Gwenan and the whole team at the LLangefni office were truly exceptional during difficult circumstances due to covid. Me and my brother were regularly kept up to date via email and phone to the various issues that were involved to the property being sold and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Mr Melfyn Williams and his Llangefni team very highly in selling or buying property in North Wales.
Thank you David for providing a review and feedback on our service. Only too happy to have helped. Appreciated your business, Kind Regards
