GoogleI've just recently moved house and used Williams and Donovan as my estate agent. They've been genuinely excellent - friendly and helpful, very clear and regular with their communications too. They're who I will be recommending my friends and family use in future.

GoogleExcellent estate Agents. We used the Hockley branch recently to both sell and purchase our home. They were all very helpful, informative and professional. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them. Top service.

GoogleI want to thank W&D (Benfleet) and in particular, the wonderful Lynn. We’ve had a very difficult 6 months trying to purchase a property due to the chain falling through numerous times and problems with solicitors. We were on a tight deadline with our mortgage offer very expiring soon and if it hadn’t been for all her hard work we definitely wouldn’t have exchanged in time for completion before this deadline. She was emotionally invested in our journey to completion and I could genuinely feel how much she cared for us. Thank you Lynn and to all the Williams and Donovan team. I will be recommending you to family and friends! X

GoogleWe recently used Williams and Donovan to sell our property, and also ended up purchasing our new home with them. We decided to go with Williams and Donovan to list our property because they were very honest in their valuation of our property and took time to explain the importance of not over valuing the property as other estate agents we looked at had, and also the statistics they have in selling properties in the area were way above the rest of their competitors. They were very helpful throughout the Sales process calling us to provide feedback on viewings promptly, and arranging them at our convenience. Once our property had sold we were looking for a new home to buy. Just like with the Sales they were able to organise viewings of properties for us to buy in a professional manner. When we found our home and had our offer accepted, Paul and his team did an exceptional job of managing the chain and providing updates from all sides. Thanks Paul and the rest of the team for helping us find our new home.

GoogleAll the team at Williams and Donovan (Hockley) were extremely helpful throughout the sale of our property. Always happy to answer my calls or chase for information where necessary. Proof that there is still a need for traditional Estate Agents

GoogleA very big THANK YOU to Paul and the team at the Hockley branch!! To say that this process has been a journey is an understatement, we’ve had up’s and downs but Paul has been a god send throughout keeping all in the chain including solicitors up to speed with what was going on, we thankfully exchanged today after what seemed like a lifetime!!!!! Yippee!!!!! The team were friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely recommend using them for buying/selling. Keep up the great work guys!!! 🤗

GoogleCannot recommend the staff in the Hockley highly enough, always very helpful coupled with their knowledge of the local area makes this the number one choice for estate agents. Thanks for all your help in our recent move.

GoogleWe Sold our house with Benfleet branch, and ended up buying from them too! The guys were really good, from Lloyd seeing us originally and getting the house on the market, to Lynn being on it chasing up the chain (in particular one of the Solicitors). The house sold very quickly, and the fact they were sensible with the valuation certainly helped. Some EAs we had round were promising to get silly money for the house, desperate to get the sale (and in some cases the corresponding high cut they wanted) - but I didn't see the point if we ended up putting down the price again and again till it sold, something that's fairly obvious when you look at Rightmove. The main thing that I liked though - Was the office knew us and we could just pick up the phone and call them for any problems. Cheers guys, Dave and Kerry

GoogleWe highly recommend Williams and Donovan. They have in-depth local knowledge and found us a buyer within a few days. Denise was incredibly supportive and proactive throughout the whole process. We certainly made a good choice here.

GoogleCould not recommend highly enough - we purchased a property from them and they kept us updated every week throughout the entire process without chasing. Every question, however small, was answered quickly and without confusing us further. Paul and Denise have been amazing and helped the process go as smoothly as possible. Above and beyond is all we can say. Thank you both so much.
