GoogleWe recently used Williams and Donovan to sell our property, and also ended up purchasing our new home with them. We decided to go with Williams and Donovan to list our property because they were very honest in their valuation of our property and took time to explain the importance of not over valuing the property as other estate agents we looked at had, and also the statistics they have in selling properties in the area were way above the rest of their competitors. They were very helpful throughout the Sales process calling us to provide feedback on viewings promptly, and arranging them at our convenience. Once our property had sold we were looking for a new home to buy. Just like with the Sales they were able to organise viewings of properties for us to buy in a professional manner. When we found our home and had our offer accepted, Paul and his team did an exceptional job of managing the chain and providing updates from all sides. Thanks Paul and the rest of the team for helping us find our new home.

GoogleFantastic company after being with another company and not much happening selling or buying, as soon as we switched to Williams and Donavan in Benfleet. We had the right people looking at our property and had sold in a matter of a few weeks. They also found us the perfect property to buy. Everyone there was so helpful in their own way but special thanks to Darren and Lloyd for all the extra leg work you put in, we really appreciated it. I would highly recommend this company.

GoogleLloyd at Williams and Donovan (Benfleet) was supportive and informative from the moment he came to value our property. Photographs were taken immediately, house particulars were drawn up within a day or 2, energy reports were arranged and a buyer was found within days of putting our house on the market. From then on most of my dealings were with Lynn at the Benfleet office, and this lady certainly knows what she is doing. She knew our 'chain' thoroughly, and did not hesitate to chase people up left right and centre to keep things on track and moving along swiftly. Her professionalism kept me sane and I simply can not thank her enough. I have already recommended Williams and Donovan to a colleague, and I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future too.

GoogleWe have dealt with this agent for a number of weeks. Everyone that we have dealt with here has been absolutely brilliant compared to ‘some’ other agents in the area, always coming back to us immediately and keeping us updated. Throughout our search for a property we have arranged various viewings with Williams and Donovan and they have always been extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. We have dealt with other agents in the area who quite frankly are a joke, not coming back to us when offers have been made/ not even putting offers forward to the vendor etc. However, James at Williams and Donovan has been an absolute diamond, as indeed has Lynn and Mark. Nothing is ever a problem and you never feel like you are being rushed or being an inconvenience. Thank you very much guys. I will certainly be coming to you if/when I need to sell my property and I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

GoogleFantastic experience with this estate agent! Every member of staff goes out of their way to help however they can. Each job role has someone that is excellent at their job! We put up for sale, sold and moved within 11 weeks. With Christmas in the middle of that. They were very professional yet made us feel like they actually cared and it was not just a job. We had a brilliant relationship with them and would 100% recommend them to anyone that is considering using them!

Lynne made sure to keep me up to date at each stage of the way and helped put my mind at rest when with any of my queries as buying a house for the first time can be a daunting process. GoogleTotally unprofessional. Arranged a viewing 5 days in advanced. Called on the way to the property to say we were not allowed to view property! Communication in office clearly needs addressing.

Good afternoon Louise I sincerely apologise that you are disappointed with our service. One of the directors Ian Williams or Colin Donovan will call you Tuesday after the bank holiday to apologise personally and will try and explain what happened once we have had a chance to speak to the team. Louise as discussed yesterday i have now had a chance to speak to my team and provided an explanation that we were adhering to our sellers instructions. I apologise you were called to cancel the viewing whilst enroute to the property. We pride ourselves on providing good service and will do our utmost to prove this going forward Ian Williams Director
