GoogleWe would highly recommend the team at William & Donovan Hockley. They have been beyond amazing with the purchase of the house. Always happy to help and answer any questions we had and went above and beyond, keeping in touch with us and our conveyancer We worked closely with Paul who is evidently highly experienced, was efficient and always very friendly. He made everything as easy as it could have been and we can't thank him enough for all the work he put in for us. Keeping things moving and getting stuff done. Denise was also always very polite, professional and was always able to answer the phone when needed. All in all cannot fault this team who played a big part in reducing the whole stress of moving. The flowers they gave us when we picked up the keys were also a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

GoogleWilliam's and Donovan were amazing throughout our time selling our house with them. They kept us well informed throughout the process and managed to find us a buyer really quickly. They also recommended a brilliant mortgage provider so the whole process was pretty straight forward and stress free- not usually the case when buying and selling! Cant reccomend enough.

Our transaction was long and had some complications, we found that Lynn went out of her way to keep things moving and always kept everyone in the loop. I would use them again.

FacebookHaving recently marketed our house through Williams and Donovan in Benfleet we have been delighted with the level of service the team provided from day one. Mark Toomey and Lloyd Brooks have both been very supportive , always available to talk things through and offer their professional advice. Mark in particular has gone above and beyond, which definitely helped keep us both sane when trying to complete the chain which became extremely stressful and time sensitive. Mark’s enthusiasm shines through, as does his love for the job. This was witnessed every time he showed potential buyers round the property. Without a doubt, the Williams and Donovan team are one of a kind when it comes to estate agents, honest, trustworthy and dedicated. We are happy to recommend their services.
