FacebookI am amazed at the service provided by Williams and Donovan. I purchased my property through them and was given updates weekly. Paul was fantastic and contacted all parties in the chain regularly to keep things moving. I am in no doubt that without his dedication and perseverance it could have fallen through. Williams and Donovan really are head and shoulders above the rest. I wouldn’t recommend or use anyone else!

Leasing with solicitors and buyer to ensure everything when as smooth as possible. I'm going to miss you guys xx

Every member of the team is supportive and can be relied upon to get things done. Paul is amazing for chasing up all involved in the chains and ensuring that each person is updated accordingly. I would not hesitate in recommending this estate agent if you need a company that is knowledgeable and provides a great personable service .

FacebookWe highly recommend Williams and Donovan. Every single member of the team we dealt with were friendly, attentive and very professional. Their clear, bright photographs really stand out on Rightmove and show your property in the best possible light. The team’s help and advice along our moving journey was spot on, every step of the way. As well as their recommendations for other businesses we needed such as a mortgage broker and an electrician. We felt we were in the safest hands with Williams and Donovan and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Without a doubt, they would be our go to estate agency if we were to move again in the future.
