FacebookI have used Williams & Donovan for my last two moves. The reason for this is I can not fault them for their professional manner and helpfulness.
Every member of the team is supportive and can be relied upon to get things done.
Paul is amazing for chasing up all involved in the chains and ensuring that each person is updated accordingly.
I would not hesitate in recommending this estate agent if you need a company that is knowledgeable and provides a great personable service .

FacebookWe highly recommend Williams and Donovan. Every single member of the team we dealt with were friendly, attentive and very professional.
Their clear, bright photographs really stand out on Rightmove and show your property in the best possible light.
The team’s help and advice along our moving journey was spot on, every step of the way. As well as their recommendations for other businesses we needed such as a mortgage broker and an electrician.
We felt we were in the safest hands with Williams and Donovan and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Without a doubt, they would be our go to estate agency if we were to move again in the future.

GoogleI cannot praise Williams & Donovan enough for all that they have done to help us with our house move. There have been lots of hold-ups and issues with our chain and I can honestly say without Denise and Paul ensuring things kept moving, there is a good chance that the move would have not gone through. I particularly have to thank Denise who made sure we were always well informed and, no matter how stressed we were and no matter how many times I called, she was always the friendly, helpful voice at the end of the phone.
