Thank you to Denise & Paul at Williams & Donovan for supporting the sale of one property and purchase of my new home. Denise has been a great support helping source the right home in the right area within school catchment. I wasn’t an easy customer. Paul you’ve been a great support, chasing through the chain and keeping me informed of what’s happening. Having sold previously with you many years ago, I felt comfortable and reassured using you again. Thank you for your recommendations on removal company too. They were excellent. Traditionally estate agents get a bad rep, but there’s something quite nice about working with Williams & Donovan, like an old friend. I will be using you again if ever needed and will be recommending you.

I would like to thank Williams and Donovan for all the effort the team put in, from marketing my house for sale, with great pictures taken for the sale of the property leading to a quick sale. Then the after sales team are very good and efficient at what they do. A very professional company along with professional staff!I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I very much appreciated the regular updates and feedback from Paul and Denise. This was particularly invaluable during the setbacks which happen in house buying! I would recommend them to anyone as a great service.

Williams and Donovan were brilliant from start to finish. Every conversation was met with a smile and the Mio app was very useful for seeing where you are in the process. I had the pleasure of meeting with Lee (Sorry if I've spelt that wrong!) a few times as I needed to measure up etc and she was delightful. On exchange day I was even given a bottle of wine of my choice and a congratulations card, it's things like that that make it feel like such a personal service. Lovely team, thanks for all your help.
