GoogleHonestly the best estate agents i have ever dealt with, they are so helpful and if there is a problem they organise getting it sorted out straight away and which is the most important thing for me is they always get back to me, if I call or email I will get a response, which other estate agents in the past have not done.... very happy with the service they provide... Lorraine and Val are so helpful... yeah if your going to use any one and want piece of mind the williams and Donovan are the way forward. Good luck James R

GoogleToday 15th November I had to call Williams & Donovan because I had NO hot water. I spoke to Lily at about 9 am who was very professional & polite. She told me she would sort this out for me & call me back. Lily called me & told me someone will be round at 3pm. Steve turned up at 3 did the job professionally & cleaned & tidied up after himself. I was really impressed with the service I received from both Lily & Steve so much so that I wanted to leave this review. Well done Lily & Steve. 👏👏 Well done too to Williams & Donovan for training your staff so well. 👏👏

GoogleDenise has been absolutely brilliant through the whole process which was, at times very frustrating.Denise was always there to listen, support and reassure. When we needed help with paperwork the office did not hesitate to help us in any way they could. Would not hesitate to highly recommend this Hockley Branch.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Williams & Donovan in Hockley and once again they did not disappoint. Paul & Denise are fantastic. The last few weeks in the process where it is the most stressful, I cannot imagine how stressful it could have been had it not been for their constant contact, updating and chasing. Especially in the midst of the busiest few months the housing industry is facing they manage to keep their eye on the ball and never make you feel like you are adding to the huge pressures they are under. Can not thank you enough!

GoogleCannot fault the letting team. Paul and Lily have been fantastic from the rental valuation to the marketing right up until the tenants collect the keys. Thank you for everything you've done. I certainly will be coming back for lettings for any future properties. Brilliant service all round!

GoogleWilliams and Donovan … complete liars and crooks .. they withhold offers or refuse to put an offer in on the lie and pretence that the client won’t accept offers under a certain number , when you speak to the owner they have no idea !! This estate agent save properties for their builder friends and deceive the general public Friends of mine had exactly the same experience .. so this can’t be a one off Don’t touch these with a barge pole.
