GoogleWe recently brought a buy to let property from Whitenights and received exceptional service from start to finish from the entire team in the early/lower early branches. They were extremely helpful and professional at all times. I will definately use Whitenights again in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

GoogleWe experienced excellent service from Whiteknights at the beginning of our sale with lots of correspondence via email keeping us updated. All viewings were confirmed by email and conducted by the agent. At first our sale seemed quite straight forward but, unfortunately, due to complications on the buyer's side we were in the middle of a very difficult situation. It felt like everything was out of our control. However, the involvement of Tom Fisher - Head of Sales Progression - meant that we were finally able to exchange on our sale which nearly fell through. The service that Tom provided went above and beyond that of any estate agent we have encountered in the past. He made sure that we remained calm and spent a lot of his time liaising between us, our solicitor and our buyer's solicitor. He spent many hours obtaining lots of additional information in order to support our sale. He was always readily available by phone and/or email. We truly believe that the sale of our property would not have happened without him. We are so grateful to him as we are moving to a different part of the country and he's made sure it was as easy as it could be in such a difficult situation. I would highly recommend Whiteknights, especially with the guarantee of Tom Fisher being involved in your sale!

GoogleThank you once again to the Lettings department for finding tenants for my property! Many thanks to Rob (for marketing it so efficiently - on and off the market again within a week), Robbie (for dealing with all my viewing emails quickly and politely) and Lynne (for all the property management). I had absolutely no hesitation in asking Whiteknights to let my property again as everything was managed perfectly to date. I opted for their full management package and would highly recommend it to anyone and I think it’s excellent value for money. I have peace of mind that my property is being looked after, no hassles when it comes to paper work as they do it all for me, regular updates on the condition of the property and if I do have any question it is always dealt with quickly. As someone who works with IT, I was also super impressed with the use of tech in sourcing a tenant - very forward thinking and clearly ahead of the game with tech trends in estate agency! I bought my property from Whiteknights many years ago and have chosen to continue to let my property through them as I doubt there is a better agency in Reading. Thank you very much.

FacebookVery pathetic, unprofessional, abominable and atrocious service. They checked us for weeks and prolonged the hand over, but when the time came for them to keep up the end of their bargain they were ready to hand over a disheveled, begrimed and inhabitable house, with fungus on appliances and stains of urine on matresses and excrection all over the toilets. During the checking they reassured us that they would have the house professionally cleaned however they now refuse to clean the house and have wasted our time and money.
It is lower earley branch located next to ASDA. Btw we are still waiting this to be cleaned.

GoogleWhen I used Whiteknights Tilehurst 3 years ago, I was full of praise. Now following an office restructure I tried to work with them again and was very very dissapointed - ending in cancelling the contract. Other offices such as Early seem to offer a better service.

GoogleWhiteknights Tilehurst was separately recommended to me by two friends, and I was absolutely delighted with the service. They couldn't do enough to help with the intricacies of the chain, provide advice about the process and get information to me about what needed to be done and when. Very professional, very reassuring and very effective. Thoroughly recommended.

FacebookWe recently sold our house through the Whiteknights Woodley branch and were very pleased with the service we received. Both Gary and Tom went over and above their roles to help us out and it was very much appreciated. Gary's knowledge of the local property market was excellent. In addition, as we do not live locally Gary checked the property on a regular basis to ensure the house was kept in good order prior to the sale (this was especially important as it was Dec/Jan and so we were concerned about the cold temperatures, burst pipes etc). Tom was our link to the buyers of our property, and he worked very hard to ensure that the sale kept moving. We were in a chain of 3 (us at the top, our buyers in the middle and FTB at the bottom). The FTBs wanted to delay completion to a time that suited them (but did not suit us). Tom worked with the buyers in the middle to agree a compromise which suited everyone (and saved us money in the process). I would highly recommend Whiteknights!

GoogleI'm afraid we didn't get on with this Letting agent, we've been letting our property for 15 years, but sadly didn't receive the service we expect from Whiteknights. To the extent that we lodged two official letters of complaint with them, but their response was unhelpful. To anyone else I would suggest using a letting agent that is ARLA registered.

GoogleMy wife and I had the pleasure of Tom Fisher from Whiteknights Woodley looking after the purchase of our new home. This was no small task, as due to complications on our side things it dragged on for quite a while. Tom was ever efficient at keeping us informed and fully aware of everything to do with our purchase. Before we decided upon the home we are now in, we viewed many other properties with other local agents and it was Tom's knowledge and awareness of the market that lead to us securing our new family home. Simply put, without him we'd have been lost. Everything went so smoothly and dealing with him was the easiest part of the whole process. A genuine and sincere thanks Tom and all the best for the future!
