GoogleWhen I used Whiteknights Tilehurst 3 years ago, I was full of praise. Now following an office restructure I tried to work with them again and was very very dissapointed - ending in cancelling the contract. Other offices such as Early seem to offer a better service.

GoogleWhiteknights Tilehurst was separately recommended to me by two friends, and I was absolutely delighted with the service. They couldn't do enough to help with the intricacies of the chain, provide advice about the process and get information to me about what needed to be done and when. Very professional, very reassuring and very effective. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleIn an industry which, often rightly, attracts a lot of criticism I have to say what a refreshing change it is to deal with Whiteknights of Woodley. Staff are very friendly, always return your call and keep you fully up to date with matters as they proceed through the tortuous buying and selling roller coaster. I was buying a house from a Whiteknights customer, and so were not employing them, but it did not feel that way. They regularly called with updates to reassure us and regularly went above and beyond the usual estate agent remit. Lovely touch at the end was a huge bunch of flowers when we moved in! Without doubt would use them to sell our place if/when that time comes. Top marks all round!!

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Fisher from Whiteknights Estate Agents, Woodley, Reading who pulled out every stop to ensure the sale of my house in Woodley to be as smooth and quick as possible. Tom is a highly professional estate agent, friendly, polite, straight talking, honest and always on hand to promptly answer any questions or concerns; from start to finish Tom gave an outstanding service. We were delighted by everything Tom did from the moment he first came through the door. He quickly saw the positives in our house and helped us to emphasise them. His efficiency and enthusiasm kept things moving all the time, he even have good advices on the property that we were buying. Buying and selling houses is notoriously stressful but we bought and sold with Whiteknights and it was not stressful at all. We have recommended Whiteknights to many of our friends since and will continue to do so. I can’t recommend Tom Fisher enough and would always go back to him for any future property transactions. Thanks Tom, for making what could have been a very stressful time seem so easy.

GoogleTom has really had to work hard to get us to completion! Despite very difficult circumstances with our sale *and* purchase, somehow it has all gone through. I suspect this wouldn’t be the case without Tom’s doggedness. He has managed to remain a pleasure to deal with at all times. Well done, Tom!

GoogleVery pathetic, unprofessional, abominable and atrocious service. Would give 0 stars if tehre was an option. They checked us for weeks and prolonged the hand over, but when the time came for them to keep up the end of their bargain they were ready to hand over a disheveled, begrimed and inhabitable house, with fungus on appliances and stains of urine on matresses and excrection all over the toilets. During the checking they reassured us that they would have the house professionally cleaned however they now refuse to clean the house and have wasted our time and money.

GoogleTerrible. Far more interested in sending me properties they're struggling to sell than the one I actually requested. I tried to arrange a viewing for a property and heard nothing back for days. They signed me up to their mailing list without my permission and spammed me with inappropriate properties that didn't what I was looking for. Tried to unsubscribe multiple times but I'm still getting spammed by them
