I'm afraid we didn't get on with this Letting agent, we've been letting our property for 15 years, but sadly didn't receive the service we expect from Whiteknights. To the extent that we lodged two official letters of complaint with them, but their response was unhelpful. To anyone else I would suggest using a letting agent that is ARLA registered.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tom Fisher on the sale of my property. What can I say Tom is simply excellent. Tom has in-depth knowledge of the market, genuinely puts his clients first, constantly updates you in a timely manner and offers a truly consultative approach. At times the sale of our property was challenging due to difficult and unrealistic buyers. Tom was able to offer us expert advice and guidance in order to maximise our property value. I can't thank Tom enough he has allowed us to get our dream house! I had experienced other estate agents when viewing other properties. And the quality is clear, Tom is professional hard-working and always true to his word. What you may find with others is that they are keen on the sale or hitting KPI's rather than meeting customer needs. Tom is simply amazing and I can't recommend him enough. I recently sold my house through the Woodley branch and can’t thank them enough for the level of service they provided. Tom and Gary went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the process was as painless and straight forward as possible, often taking extra time to sort things out for me and keep me updated at every stage. Estate agents often,quite rightly, get a bad reputation but the Whiteknights Woodley team are a cut above the rest!

The Whiteknights Woodley team of Gary, John and Tom were fantastic. They all worked seamlessly together to provide a professional, knowledgeable and communicative service. Gary's valuation was highest out of the 3 agents I originally engaged, by a significant amount, but this was based on his clearly evident knowledge and experience of the area. I was delighted that him and the team got us 5 offers above this price (3 from 1st time buyers). Don't be fooled by sole "man in a box" agents as I would highly recommend having this strong team of 3 agents selling your house. If 1 or 2 are out doing viewings, it seems there will always be at least 1 of the team in the office managing communications, getting more viewings, taking offers, or just pushing things along. I realise now that it's not just about getting the sale, but an estate agent is also very helpful in getting to completion quickly. As the considerable amount of time the whole team spent on doing project management, pushing everyone involved along, and communicating updates back to me completely justifies the very reasonable fees. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed by the professional service I got, I feel it only right to share my experience.

Very pathetic, unprofessional, abominable and atrocious service. Would give 0 stars if tehre was an option. They checked us for weeks and prolonged the hand over, but when the time came for them to keep up the end of their bargain they were ready to hand over a disheveled, begrimed and inhabitable house, with fungus on appliances and stains of urine on matresses and excrection all over the toilets. During the checking they reassured us that they would have the house professionally cleaned however they now refuse to clean the house and have wasted our time and money.
