I cannot recommend Leatherhead Whites highly enough.Throughout the sale of our late mother’s flat, which was sold promptly, Stephanie and Grace who we largely dealt with were polite, highly professional, informed us extremely well every step of the way and were lovely people to deal with. Sold our house for £5k over asking price before it had even formally been put on the market. Had a tumultuous buying process as 2 purchases fell through. James Richards and his team (with particular reference to Becky) were always very professional and efficient and worked closely with us from start to finish. House buying and selling is incredibly hard in this current market, and whilst the majority of house sales start off with incoming calls from prospective buyers from views on the property websites, the mark of a great estate agency comes when the process hits the inevitable bump in the road!
