FacebookWhite And Sons have been involved in all our family home relocations over the the past few years and we have been extremely happy with them. They always achieve the valuation they set when we are selling and they seem to have great stock when we are buying. Great established company that I would recommend.

If you are considering using White and Sons estate agent in Dorking please think twice. We rented a property through them for 12 months. In this time they demonstrated poor communication and lack of urgency in emergency situations. Their response to maintenance issues within the property was very poor, on occasions the house was left in an unsatisfactory and unsafe condition for weeks on end (e.g. due to flooding). As a family with young children, we found this very stressful. After multiple telephone conversations, White and Sons clearly demonstrated a complete disregard for the welfare of tenants. This estate agent failed to communicate the landlords intention, months prior, to sell the property and end our tenancy. Leaving us with very short notice to move out, with another baby on the way. I hope that nobody else whether you are a tenant or a landlord/landlady has to endure the stress caused by this company.
