Excellent service

We recently purchased a property from White and Sons, dealing with Cedric, Jack and Erin. We can’t thank them enough for all the help and guidance they gave us during the process. Erin showed us round and took the time to sit and listen to our concerns and answer our questions in a really relaxed way which put us at ease. Cedric has been so helpful all through, going above and beyond expectations in helping to sort problems which cropped up along the way, and Jack deputised for him and was really helpful too. We have no hesitation in recommending this team for their professionalism, and helpful attitude. We had excellent dealings with them .

An exceptionally committed team!

I cannot recommend Cedric & his team highly enough. From start to finish the service was exceptional, when issues arose within the chain they were dealt with promptly and efficiently, all of the staff absolutely go the extra mile to get the results for their clients. The fact they are an independent agent again is a massive plus, it’s a very personal service that is offered, something I feel is very much lacking in the bigger “chain” agencies…. Lettings and sales both excellent

Lettings: Very professional to deal with from finding suitable tenants to dealing with any problems in the property. The people at White and Sons would find reliable and first class tradesmen to correct any problems that arose during a tenancy. They researched the best prices for white goods when they needed replacing and organised installations when required. I always felt that I didn’t need to worry about the property because White and Sons would take good care of it on my behalf. Sales: I eventually needed to sell the property and White &Sons negotiated with my tenants and saw the process through from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve purchased a property through White&Sons which is completing this week and I’ve had amazing service from the start. The entire team have been super friendly and efficient throughout the process, but in particular Loraine has been an absolute super star.
