FacebookWords fail me as to how appalled and disgusted I am with White & Sons. They are completely unprofessional, absolute lying, thieving cowboys. I don't think I've experienced such a bad company before. I wouldn't recommend anyone go near them with a barge poll for any property management issues. Ever. Yes well said I can’t believe they continue to trade they are rouges Money grabbing company

We really felt that you were looking after our best interests and couldn't fault the service. Our viewings were great, all questions answered and followed up on and we had daily dialogue throughout the latter stages of the process. We really appreciate it.

GoogleI've recently exchanged on a property marketed by White and Sons in Oxted and can sincerely say that you will be lucky to have the team playing any part in your 'chain'. Loraine in particular has been key to pushing our chain to exchange. With a significant level of industry experience myself i understand the importance of proactively managing a sale through to completion. Loraine was the one person who did all she could to ensure that all parties, not just her own client, were informed and doing what was necessary to complete. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending their services. A great agent and delivering true value and service as a high street agent should. Great work!

GoogleWe had a delightful experience with White & Sons. Keith and his team were so helpful, professional, trustworthy and efficient throughout the whole purchasing process. Loraine has been absolutely brilliant. As buyers we had lots of questions and Loraine was always able to obtain all the necessary information for us quickly, she worked really hard for the purchase to take place within a short time. Loraine is a credit to White & Sons. Thank you all so much for everything and for being so caring.

GoogleI literally can’t praise the team at White and Sons enough. They are friendly, helpful and most importantly trustworthy. Not sure who Mr/Mrs White or their sons are... but you should give Loraine, Jenny and Darren a massive pay raise - they are fantastic!

FacebookWhite and Sons aren't progressing a sale that's holding up the chain, when our agent asks for an update or an answer they won't provide it... Puts the whole chain in jeopardy, all the legal bits are done for the other 4 links... Why are you messing with people's lives? At least have the decency to provide a proper update, people need to know where they stand!

All the team were involved and engaged in selling our rather niche property and from Jenny who matched the house to the perfect buyer, Darren who showed it off, Keith who managed the operation and dear Loraine who is now doing all the work, this is a team to be proud of. Outstanding service, super-friendly, efficient and professional. All the team have gone extra miles for us and we are delighted that they have achieved the sale for us. Not only have they supported us all the way, they have also looked after our buyer and made sure there was never any reason for the sale to fall through. Very happy with them, grand job Team White's.

In particular I would like to thank Philip Dale sales manager. We were in a chain of seven and without his conveyancing skills I am sure the whole thing would have collapsed.

FacebookWe signed up with a few agents to rent a property for six months. We were let down by a couple of other local agents, but White and Sons got us sorted with a property perfect for our needs. All the staff were helpful, positive and friendly and most importantly, they kept us up to date with progress on securing the property. As tenants we would definitely recommend them.

FacebookWe went through White and Sons Estate Agent in Dorking and experienced the worst time of our lives with my pregnant fiance. They allowed our landlord's company to let an unsafe inhabitant flat to live in. All our neighbours moved out within short period of time and God bless we managed to get out as well. Although there are still people staying in that damp and unsafe block. Ridiculous to see that we got charged the full amount of rent we have agreed to with the landlord and so many maintenance issues appeared that we have never seen in 2 months time. Our landlord was very unprofessional and did not communicate with us at all. Very bad management from White and Sons and I know they will come back here with every excuse to defend their reputation but I am just honest and recommending to avoid it at any cost!
