We recently purchased a property from White and Sons, dealing with Cedric, Jack and Erin. We can’t thank them enough for all the help and guidance they gave us during the process. Erin showed us round and took the time to sit and listen to our concerns and answer our questions in a really relaxed way which put us at ease. Cedric has been so helpful all through, going above and beyond expectations in helping to sort problems which cropped up along the way, and Jack deputised for him and was really helpful too. I cannot recommend Cedric & his team highly enough. Professional, personable and tenacious throughout, they not only marketed our property brilliantly, they were consultative when it came to pricing and small layout changes to showcase in its best possible light, which led to finding a successful buyer. On our purchase, Cedric advised we take a look when it wasn't on our radar... With a reassuring 'trust me on this one' when we pushed back... and I'm glad we did! I cannot thank Jack and Cédric from White and Sons Leatherhead for all their hard work when selling our leasehold flat. They found us a buyer twice after our first one pulled out at the last minute and they then went above and beyond to get us to completion after a couple of hiccups with a tricky lease. I would recommend Cedric and his team for buying and selling property. They went the distance and were extremely helpful in the selling of my Great Aunt's house. Cedric met with me to discuss the sensitive issue and showed compassion to my Great Aunt. The other estate Agents did not do that. I met with different members of his Team along the way and they were All professional and helped with the various tricky issues that cropped up. Excellent. In these days of 'free' estate agents (where you have to do all the work and know all the tricks yourself), the more traditional form looks on paper to be stupidly expensive. However, it *is* worth it to avoid all the pitfalls of a difficult sale/purchase chain. Cedric (and Jack) at Whites were excellent in many ways and I would highly recommend them. It still took months (due to circumstances beyond their control further down the chain), but at least we didn't have to do it all ourselves - and they kept pushing until it was done.

Recently had a viewing for a property arranged by Jack of the Leatherhead office. I was difficult to contact due to my work schedule but Jack was persistent without being pushy and understanding. As someone selling my house that is what I would want my estate agent to be doing! At the property I was met by Hannah who I was told was new to the team but wouldn't have known this unless told. I can't recommend White & Sons, especially Jack highly enough! Selling my flat was far from straightforward, with a painfully slow process caused by my housing association and solicitors who were unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely unproactive. Lettings and sales both excellent

Lettings: Very professional to deal with from finding suitable tenants to dealing with any problems in the property. The people at White and Sons would find reliable and first class tradesmen to correct any problems that arose during a tenancy. They researched the best prices for white goods when they needed replacing and organised installations when required. I always felt that I didn’t need to worry about the property because White and Sons would take good care of it on my behalf. Sales: I eventually needed to sell the property and White &Sons negotiated with my tenants and saw the process through from start to finish. I couldn’t be more pleased.
