GoogleWhite and sons Reigate were a perfect choice to market my Victorian property. The valuation and marketing reflected every aspect that I felt important and were carefully discussed with Andrew who had extensive knowledge of the various types of properties and values particularly in Reigate. The details and video were highly professional and showed the house at its best. Viewings were always arranged and managed with my agreement and feedback quickly provided. Rebecca and Lisa Jane were so helpful with this. Ed gave an energy to the negotiations and was always quick to communicate any changes in the transactions, and I felt reassured by his straightforward and friendly approach, that secured the sale. The whole team reflects as highly professional ,trustworthy and experienced,a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe purchased our house via White & Sons Oxted in 2018 and then recently used them to sell it. It was a great experience both times. Lorraine, Jordan and the team did a great job on our sale. Lorraine was then really responsive and on top of things all the way through to completion. Highly recommend.

GoogleW&S, and in particular Ed, have been superb for us. From the moment Ed viewed the property I felt his valuation was evidence and experience based and he clearly understood the challenges (it really needed updating) with the selling points (great garden) so I felt he would be presenting the property honestly but with an aim to maximise the best price for us and with a competitive commission rate...it was a good start... Wow, did he deliver! 14 viewings in 2 days, 6 offers and 3 bang on asking price, £50k/ 10% above the best alternative agent valuation.) Throughout the sale he has been efficient, professional and courteous. Really felt it was about getting our property sold, not earning his commission. Ed went above and beyond, chasing surveyors, solicitors and buyers and pushed us through to exchange when we thought it wasn't going to happen. The team at W&S are brilliant in all departments, I thoroughly recommend them.

Professional, personable and tenacious throughout, they not only marketed our property brilliantly, they were consultative when it came to pricing and small layout changes to showcase in its best possible light, which led to finding a successful buyer. On our purchase, Cedric advised we take a look when it wasn't on our radar... With a reassuring 'trust me on this one' when we pushed back... and I'm glad we did! They managed the sale progression really well, chasing when needed and making sure we were on track for our exchange and completion.
