GoogleUrban bubble were the property managers of Maine place for some time and let me tell you this....they are the absolute worst company. They don't pay their suppliers, they mishandled the heating and electric leading to massive debt. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional company that quite frankly should not be trading at all. GoogleMark at Southside was really helpful in organising gas engineers to fix a cracked gas pipe. British Gas left me high and dry but Mark had lads on site the very next morning to fix it. Reassuring to know someone like that is available when you need them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleShocking service been an owner of falt in a property managed by urban bubble for 6 years and have never spoken to and dealt with such cowboys. The building is not maintained and more worried about putting poxy benches in courtyards that resolving issues with the structure of the building.

GoogleMark who looks after Albert House in Didsbury is excellent. He is very responsive, polite and could not be more helpful. I had to request a fob to access the communal garden and Mark dealt with it immediately and gave me clear information about when he would be calling me back with updates. He even personally delivered the fob to my door.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAwful service! Worthy to offer an emergency number but when you need it, have to wait 40 minutes to get someone on the line and hear that it will take at least 3 hours to get someone to open the main gate. Why call it as emergency phone? It is happing the last two weeks, same problem. Should we park our cars outside to avoid it? For a company self called property management, surely that is not the right way to manage a building with more than 60 apartments.

GoogleEach time we have needed them to get something fixed or repaired it has been the same story: months instead of weeks to get to a resolution on the issue, with zero updates on progress unless you chase for them. As with the other negative reviews, they will no doubt leave a 'sorry for the dissatisfaction' response to this and an email address to contact them. That's not good enough. Don't be "sorry", be reliable and professional in the first place. And if it's the contractors being hired that are untrustworthy the solution is to get better ones.
