We were long term customers of Oulsnam Bournville as sale of our house was aborted twice due to unfortunate events of pandemic chaos. Throughout this long process we experienced a lot of genuine care from Oulsnam staff who rendered to us 'above and beyond' services. Branch manager, Rachel, was quick to advise us on each step from valuation to remarketting the property when sale failed; she showed consistently high level of professionalism while dealing with sadden change of circumstances in sale of our house. Karen kept us regularly updated on stages of our sale and liased perfectly with solicitor panels and buyers'/sellers' agents, closely overseeing the whole buying-selling chain. Becky efficiently carried out viewings. On each three ocassions our house was sold within 3 days and generated multiple offers that either met or exceeded asking price. Undoubtedly, the completion of our complicated house sale/purchase process would not succeed without efforts of Oulsnam dedicated team. Thank you Rachel, Karen and Becky and the best wishes for the whole Oulsnam team in Bournville!

Agent was always on time for viewings and promptly replied to email/phone queries. Nothing was too much trouble for Samantha and I was able to secure the property without any problems. When I collected the keys to my new home I was given a ‘welcome pack’ which was a lovely start to my new life in Bournville.
