GoogleWell, where do I start?! They’re fab! Thomas Morris were the obvious choice when deciding who to list my property with due to the professionalism and friendly atmosphere they exude. They managed to sell my property within the first few days of listing, to the first person who viewed it! Julie, Ali and Kris have gone out of their way to make things as easy as possible during the sale and are always on hand to help with any questions that I have. Sarah, the financial advisor on site, is also awesome. She explained everything in a way that I actually understood what she was talking about, which isn’t always the case with some FA’s. I will definitely be back when it’s time for a remortgage. There really is no better Estate Agent in Ramsey, thank you!

GoogleReally disappointed with this recruitment agency. Dealt with Ricky Fullman, who whilst initially seemed prompt, was unable to answer any questions I had regarding booked interviews (didn’t seem to have any understanding over his own client), took several days to get back to me when progressing through the application process, and stopped replying to any of my messages when it suited him. No feedback was provided from my interviews and acted very unprofessionally. I would not recommend this company.

GoogleDo yourself a favour - sign up with someone else Their website does not work on mobile phones They do not have basic information able to be collected on their open home app. They do not take any feedback that was sent from 5 years ago to make better. But don’t worry they have been pouring all their efforts and resources into a property mgmt software program at the expense of their sales crm . I have given this company so many opportunities to redeem themselves even offered to drive to Brisbane to discuss their issues but they don’t want to hear them. We will be going elsewhere as is a lot of other current offices as why would you stay

The speed to react to my requests as a seller was almost immediate and done with sensitivity and considerable skill. GoogleAfter having our house on the market for a few months without any interest we decided to try another estate agent, Since first meeting warren and Marcus to value our house we felt they was the right people to use for our property, they were very professional and punctual on every occasion and seemed to go the extra mile in everything they did for us. We spoke with Lynne at the office who was also fantastic throughout and kept us updated throughout the whole process. It went on the market and within a week we already had viewings booked which was amazing. We also emigrated last August so fine & country had to run the whole process themselves of viewing etc as we wasn’t in the country, and wow what a great job they did. The house is now completed and sold, so we would like to thank the whole team for their professionalism, kindness & support throughout the whole experience with fine & country and we now can live our new life in the sun!!!
