Always a very courteous and prompt service offering a willing and appropriate attention to detail. Calls and emails are answered promptly. We use RWW’s fully managed service for our rental. It costs, of course, but we are happy.

Emma and Raphael are just brilliant! They have let my property a series of times now, quickly and to great tenants. They are such a pleasure to work with. They communicate quickly and clearly. Their advice has always been spot on. They are high quality and totally efficient with everything they do. Warren and the team were great! From first viewing the house (which was being sold by F&C) he was wonderful to deal with. Lynne was great at keeping to ball rolling and getting us to completion. As always with buying houses there are bumps in the road but Warren and Lynne were always there to support, any day or time and kept me updated throughout. Great estate agents :-)

Having just received an offer from a likely buyer of my mother’s bungalow, my family have been impressed by the efficiency of the Oulsnam team.
