GoogleI have been letting through Thomas Morris for a couple of decades now. Their business model has recently changed and although it has been difficult for me to understand who deals with what these days as tasks have become more specialised and I don't have an individual I can approach about each of my properties, this approach has been very useful at the end of tenancy of one of my properties where Sheetal has been dealing with the deposit return and has done a good job, despite being remote from the property.

GoogleI was looking for a 1-bed around this area. Chanced a very promising place and gotten in touch with Vincent. They showed me the place and took my application to the landlord. I didn't get the place because the Landlord doesn't like my application for some reasons. But Vincent did call back and with a very sincere attitude to deliver the bad news.
