Jenna ensured I was level headed when deciding on the multiple offers I had. Both transactions went through quickly and I was communicated to throughout. GoogleI had a bad experience with a travel company and when I submitted a review that was reflective of my experience, it was not published due to "False Content". This was absolute rubbish. I spent close to $9,000 USD on a trip to Peru and the travel company did not live up to expectations. I most definitely did NOT express anything that was false. This company is definitely not "Independent".

GoogleI have dealt with the rental side of Thomas Morris for several years and have found them to be excellent. In particular, more recently I have been dealing with Sheetal, who is very professional and totally on the ball when issues arise. She could not have been more supportive when I was having issues with our tenancy. I would highly recommend Thomas Morris rental agency - and remember to ask for Sheetal!

GoogleFine and Country acted for the recent sale of our house and they did a fantastic job. They were diligent, caring and went well above the norm in their quality of service. Mark Saville in particular handled much of the work for the sale, but the whole team are to be commended for their excellent attitude and handling of the sale.

GoogleThe team started off very strong, great communication, engaged, and supportive when we re-listed our house with them. The chain was long and slow, and after several months we made them aware we were starting to look at other properties due to the unpredictable chain. Although communication dropped after we withdrew from a purchase with them due to a change in circumstances, we were still selling our place with them. I later found out that our buyers had been looking elsewhere (after we said we would leave the very long chain), something the agents hadn’t shared with us, which was disappointing as we had been open with them. At the same time, they were noticeably unhappy when we made an offer on another property (likely commission-related), even though they knew we were looking. Overall, they are professional and capable agents, but our experience did change over time. I’d still recommend them, though it’s worth comparing with other agents too.

It was clear that Rob had loads of experience in helping set a realistic price. Jurga expertly photographed the property, and she and Julie kept me up to date with showings, feedback and suggestions for showing my home to the best advantage. In a difficult buyer's market, I can't say enough about their professionalism and the care they took to help me get the best price possible.
