GoogleWe brought our first home through Josh, he was so helpful throughout our journey. He was available for additional viewings out of hours and at weekends. He was responsive to any queries we had and we never waited longer then an hour for a WhatsApp message back. and was always available for a quick call. He would frequently check in with us and the seller to see where we were at with solicitors and even chased the solicitors on our behalf multiple times to ensure a smooth and quick process. Without Josh’ support we would not of been able to complete within 3 months of our first viewing on the property. We would highly recommend Josh. Thanks again !

GoogleHad the Giraffe for 10 days and have done 5 scans so far. The first two were very overexposed but it was due to operator error. Samuel and tech support helped me adjust the the photos and tour and ai was very pleased. Yesterday I did one shoot with my normal camera and processed the images using my editor and a second set by AutoHDR.. I also did the shoot using the Giraffe. I was quite surprised to find the Giraffe photos looked the best as judged by three people.
Giraffe continues to make updates so I am excited to see their progress. The support I received from Samuel has been amazing. Giraffe, give him a big raise!

GoogleI'm pleased to share a review of my recent excellent experience with Thomas Morris lettings service.
I found myself in a difficult position in the run up to Christmas when the tenants left with no warning or notice given, and the property required a top to bottom redecoration and deep clean to get back on the market as fast as possible.
Sheetal was exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable, advising on and liaising with contractors to get the necessary work done as fast as possible. She really went above and beyond to help turn a difficult situation into a really enjoyable and positive experience. I am so grateful for her help, as well as her deep knowledge of the legal requirements around end of tenancy, deposit retention etc. An absolute credit to the business and outstanding member of the team.
Chloe was extremely helpful with advice and guidance in handling the abrupt departure of the tenant and in the process of remarketing the property. In particular I was grateful for her local knowledge of the market that helped guide the setting of the new letting fee, which was successfully achieved. In addition, her efficient handling of property marketing, booking viewings, and progressing application paperwork and financials meant the new tenant was able to move in just a week after viewing, and just two months after the last tenant left.
Finally, I have been supported by Reanna in the early days of this new tenancy and she has also been very helpful and efficient.
I look forward to continuing to use Thomas Morris and I'm delighted to recommend their excellent team and service!

Charlotte communicated clearly at every stage, chased relentlessly when needed, and always took the time to explain things properly so we never felt in the dark. She went far above and beyond what you’d expect from an estate agent and genuinely made the whole process feel manageable.

Charlotte Smart got in touch via email (as I requested) rather than the classic estate agent spam phone calls and she promptly booked me in for a viewing for lovely cottage we are hoping to move to. Long story short, Charlotte was such a pleasure to view the property with and the information her company provided us (which is non standard from my experience) included many things about the area including noise pollution and etc. I was very impressed.
Charlotte was also always very prompt to reply to my questions and phone calls (even on her day off!)
The only thing I was displeased about was the fact the agency does not cover my area I’m selling from!
