GoogleI’ve dealt with Tom and Hamish from the get go and will still reach out to them now with any issues and they are happy to help or will put me onto someone who can if they can’t. My website was delivered as promised on time and they were patient with me even when I didn’t get my content to them quickly. My website isfunctional and well aligned to my branding and my image. I get a lot of compliments on it and it’s very easy to use and update yourself. If you aren’t sure who to choose for your agency website, check out a Siteloft website and compare the aesthetics and the functionality to anything else available. Google"Just a quick note to let you know that we had a sale recently which was as a direct result of the spoke campaign we ran on the property. The property had been on the market for in excess of 90 days with realestate.com.au and domain.com.au paid marketing and the results had been poor to say the least, HOWEVER, we uploaded a spoke campaign promoting the property listing and we sold it within 4 days of the campaign starting, the enquiry was directly from the spoke campaign, unbelievably they had not seen the property advertised on realestate.com or the other real estate portals BUT saw it on the sponsored (spoke) facebook feed. We are very pleased with the system and cannot thank your team enough and we look forward to future successes."

GoogleI've used SPOKE for a bit under a year now and in my opinion, Spoke truly are the local leaders in digital advertising for today's Real Estate agents/agencies. Combining a powerful product which covers multiple advertising networks (unlike MOST other competitors) with an easy-to-use and understandable interface, live advert previews and real-time metric reporting - I don't know why you'd look elsewhere. I highly recommend Spoke as a product not only after using it so long myself, but also when comparing it to the products of numerous other companies who offer a similar thing. Spoke hands down wins in every way: Better bang for buck, better advertisement design, better UI, better metric reporting, better network coverage and an important factor, the ability to customise campaign cost and duration - A very important thing when VPA is hard to come by. In addition to the already wonderful features Spoke offers, their development of new features and considerations has been swift and impressive - I'm really looking forward to what other points of difference can be offered by this company as more features come into play. GoogleI sold my flat through Thomas Morris and also bought my new house as well. The sale went through ever so quickly and the process of valuation, having the listing added and arranging viewings was very easy. Everyone there was very helpful and made the whole process as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Thomas Morris!

GoogleTerrible. Called me an hour before the viewing to cancel claiming they have 3 offers for the house. I suppose they didn't know that at least a day before did they? They also charge extortion for credit check that cost them nothing and takes 5 minutes to do... avoid.
