GoogleDue to difficulties with our property we dealt with Thomas Morris for a long time and everyone we dealt with there was superb. They really went over and above with their service and were friendly and attentive throughout, I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleThe staff we spoke with when buying a house with TM in Royston were all very helpful and kind. We didn't have any huge demands but anything we asked for was not a problem or resolved quickly in a professional manner.

GoogleGenuine Product. Genuine Service. Proper integration for the service and product reviews took a little setting up but to be expected and the support was there. Our customers automatically get sent a request for a review and it is quick and easy for them to do so. Decent notification system and easy to tie in to our CRM and investigate / respond appropriately. To those who claim the reviews are fake. Well - it is possible I guess- as with ALL review platforms to create fake customers, with fake email accounts and place fake orders. Companies who operate like that will hopefully get found out whatever platform they use. Indeed it is easier for them to do so with platforms that don't need an order/customer account. Feefo do plenty to ensure that the customers are genuine and that negative / contested reviews are moderated fairly. We pride ourselves on putting our efforts into continually improving our customer service and use any negative reviews to help us do that. Thank you. Steve Doyle , Caterkwik Ltd.

GoogleThe team at Thomas Morris were very professional and attentive throughout the sales process. My property had been on the market a while and after switching to Thomas Morris it was sold within a month. The professional photography made a huge difference to the presentation of the house and I am sure this was a significant factor in attracting potential buyers and contributed to the quick sale.

GoogleOur property had been on the market for over a year with some minor interest, but no buyers or offers. Then Hugh and his team took over with a sales strategy that produced more viewings in 14 weeks than we had had in a year. The strategy worked and our property was sold over the asking price. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and there was always someone available when needed. We cannot thank Hugh and the team enough for their hard work and for helping us move to our new "dream" home.

GoogleStaff Very Efficient and polite ..... quick respond i didn't have to wait long for viewing or reply when I make an Offer. Everyone is smiling and Friendly i don't really have any negative comment in this stage of buying. Avril B was well prepared. She answers all questions what i had (It was leasehold flat so it was quite few info what I Need!!) So Far So Good hopefully process of buying will be as nice and easy!

GoogleReally friendly and helpful staff. We just finished buying our first home through them, which included them throwing in prosecco and chocolates to celebrate with us. Hugh, Louise and Jo handled the purchasing of our house. Fantastic customer services, always at the end of the phone when we needed them. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to buy their first house, even recommended a decent solicitor to us as well. Thanks to everyone at the Faringdon Office.
