GoogleWe had a long drawn out sale due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. All during the process the Staff at Bournville we’re always efficient, upbeat and supportive. I have moved many times over the years and my last two moves were with this Oulsnam branch. I feel qualified to say the standard of service they gave was exceptional.

GoogleRobert Oulsnam Bournville were efficent and approachable on all occasions. They offered professional advice and support on a regular basis. All staff members were friendly and positive which made the whole selling process a lot easier. Highly recommended!!

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased through Oulsnam in Bournville, and found them to offer a fantastic personable yet professional service right from initial consultation, through viewings of prospective purchases and then onto completion. Communication was consistently regular and helpful throughout, and they were great at keeping the wheels moving during what ended up being a long completion process. Thanks to all at the Bournville office - we would certainly recommend to anyone else looking to either sell or buy.

GoogleWe chose Oulsnam Bournville for their knowledge of the area, enthusiastic staff and market share. We were pleased with the number of viewings especially since our property would only appeal to a particular buyer. Once sold there were some issues with surveys etc that were dealt with efficiently and delays caused elsewhere in the chain that were chased regularly. The team covered for each other during holidays so we always felt well looked after.

GoogleA real cut above other estates agents in both regards as being a seller and a buyer. Their customer server is excellent and communication with customers is obviously very important to Oulsnam (unlike several other estate agents); found they were very efficient, kept you informed about every process and every viewing via text and email reminders. As a seller I really felt they were there for you, pushing things forward, chasing up solicitors etc. to keep things moving. As such the sale of our property was smooth and as stress free as these things can be. The staff are fantastic (in particular Rachel and Becky who I had most contact with) both professional and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. I’d definitely recommend Oulsnam whether you’re buying or selling.

GoogleAfter a disappointment of a sale falling through, we found another sheltered housing flat for my father through Oulsnam. Samantha was very efficient and showed compassion throughout. We have both sold and bought through Oulsnam over the years. They have always shown a high standard of customer care and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them time and time again.

GoogleAfter lodging complaint noise regarding the neighbours yesterday, Rosie contacted me to find out more information. She listened to what I had to say and said she would be in touch with the neighbours and also notify the landlord. Watch this space!

GoogleI really can’t recommend Ewe Move and Edward Jarvis enough. We initially had our house on the market with a big chain estate agent. It was listed with them for many months and we grew tired of new staff arriving not knowing the house and unable to answer potential buyers questions. Unsurprisingly we received no offers or if we did nowhere near asking price. Edward was different. Edward conducted every viewing himself and knew it inside and out. Any question buyers had he knew the answer. His marketing of the property was impressive, lots high quality photographs of all the rooms and a professional looking video tour of the house. It took Edward less than a week to sell our house and we got asking price for it which we were very happy with. Post sale Edward was very helpful and accommodating and we managed to sell and buy our new property in these unprecedented times. We were one of the lucky few. Anyone who is planning on selling their home I would recommend Ewe Move every time.

GooglePoor communication, spent weeks chasing them for rental pack information which I still haven’t received. They don’t respond to emails. Make up excuses why they haven’t done things. Would not recommend. Karla was lovely but unfortunately we haven’t been able to deal with her recently.
