Absolutely great service from Sarah. She always takes time to explain things and never makes you feel rushed or silly for asking lots of questions. She helped push things along when the solicitors were dragging their heels. I will go back to her for more mortgages.

Enquired about selling my house with them. Lee, the manager for Ramsey branch, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and approachable and spent a good couple of hours with us at our initial meeting. So far my experience has been excellent.
