GoogleGenerally badly managed and poorly run estate agents. Do yourself a favour and look at a more wide spread estate agent and don’t rely on their apparent “local knowledge” They used clearly inexperienced agents to show people around our house (who knew nothing when answering people’s questions) who then offered zero feedback (after lots of chasing for some type of insight into how the viewings went) They also appear to have so many listings in the epsom area and not the people to manage them all, so you get very little in the way of support of their time etc

Our agents are all experienced, and only experienced agents show off our houses, and our feedback system offers direct feedback from viewers so i am not sure how you could have these issues. As I mentioned, we do not have any record of your name, so If you could make contact with the Epsom branch, we would really like to speak with you to look at your complaint in a professional manner.

GoogleSimply overwhelmed by the impressive team as a collective. Sound advice from Richard from the ‘get go’. Sensible, realistic and the strategy worked to produce multiple offers day one. The team of negotiators were proactive and the feedback and communication was first class. I wanted to highlight two real stars in the team and whilst they are all just brilliant, Morgan, you are a credit to the business and you really understand what giving a personal service means- you went well beyond what anyone expects of an estate, so thank you. Lastly, having been an estate agent of 20 years I truly understand how important it is having someone progressing the deal properly and effectively- its a masterful skill and sometimes soul destroying, Sarah Goddard, is simply outstanding. At it. Selling property is not easy unless you have a diligent and highly organised deal progressor. Sarah, you are to be commended for your passion in this role. Thank you to all of you.

From the very first meeting with Andrew and deciding to instruct them, our house was up for sale with professional pictures & video within days.
