GoogleI have three properties let and managed by The Personal Agent and I have found that they are very efficient, professional and on top of that their fees are very reasonable or cheaper than other agents. Overall I am very pleased with their service.

GoogleReally BAD Service. I do not recommend anybody to use this agency. They took my deposit and refused to send it back. The landlord decided not to proceed but they still refused to refund my deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

GoogleI have been a landlord for over 10 year's now with the personal agent epsom rentals, all of the team are professional, and having them manage the rental property really does take away the stress, while making sure that you are compliant with everything that you need to be, a special mention to Cheryl and Michelle who have been great with everything. GooglePersonal agent are very approachable, and are always willing to help and give advice. I had the pleasure of Michelle Hobbs assistance when evicting my first tenant and they guided me through the process. I would certainly use them again without any hesitation.
