GoogleI have been with the Personal Agent now for over a year - albeit I was let down by the first landlord, Ria and Lily at Epsom helped smooth the way to the beautiful home I am now in. Their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness helped greatly. Although Kerrie initially showed the property, I have had more dealings with these two lovely ladies. GoogleJoe and the team at Personal Agent have been fantastic from start to finish during the process of renting our flat. From the moment we were shown around our prospective property we knew they really had the 'personal' touch. Joe in particular has always been absolutely first class in helping me with my millions of questions! They're very prompt with replies, professional and well informed. We feel very confident with Personal Agent being great managers of our property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When we've visited in branch everyone was so polite and friendly, they all made us feel welcome. Paperwork was dealt with in a very effective way and organised well. Very pleased overall and we be telling our friends and family what great Estate Agents they are.

Facebook❌❌DISGUSTED AT HOW WEVE BEEN TREATED PLEASE SEE COMMENTS FOR PHOTOS❌❌ Appalled at the fact The Personal Agent have taken £1600 deposit and £1050 rent upfront for a flat that is filthy dirty! We even found a pair of dirty pants under the radiator! Please see my post to The Personal Agent page to see photos of what they deem acceptable to move in to. I have also been told this property was cleaned! And that they did not receive 3 emails sent today, although Hotmail says they have been delivered. Absolutely disgusted and will be making a complaint to the ombudsman! Disgusting!

FacebookI can't recommend the The Personal Agent highly enough. They have done an absolutely fantastic with selling our property. All the staff have been extremely helpful, prompt, sincere and highly professional. They have helped deal with and resolve some slightly difficult issues in our property transaction with a very much "can do" attitude. This makes an extremely refreshing change from all other estate agents which I've dealt with over the years. If you are deliberating over who to choose as your agent - do not hesitate to go with The Personal Agent. A big thanks for Chris, Emma and Charlotte in the West Ewell office.

A catalogue of errors and poor communication on the part of The Personal Agent resulted in a complete breakdown in the relationship between them and our buyers and they played a big part in us losing the house we were hoping to purchase. They were unable to communicate with any sensitivity and when our buyers refused to speak with them any more, we were left having to pick up the pieces and handle the transaction through to completion ourselves. When we raised the issue with The Personal Agent they refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong. To anyone considering them I would certainly encourage you to see beyond the smiles and sales patter.

They are able to provide professional advice on your individual circumstances. FacebookHave sold and purchased several properties through the Personal Agent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very friendly, professional and diligent. There are often going to be unforeseen problems when buying/selling your home, however, what struck me the most about the P.A is how well these issues were dealt with. Phone calls and emails returned promptly, patient, understanding staff and most importantly, suggestions of SOLUTIONS rather than 'computer says no' which seems to be so prevalent in society today! Very refreshing.... Well Done Personal Agent, keep up the hard work.
