GoogleA tricky sale in a testing market was finally achieved. Keeping us apprised of issues with 2 awkward Conveyancing agents was key and offering to resolve various issues to ease the sale was much appreciated. We were dealing remotely (from Thailand!) for much of the sale process. Ready communication by email and WhatsApp with some messages being taken by Luke at 'O' Dark Hundred' was quite extraordinary and done with the greatest of consideration and good nature. And Michelle's regular updates and prompting of the Conveyancing agents was key to smoothing the various lumps and bumps in the road that they presented. Overall, a professional, dedicated Team and one whom we highly recommend.

GoogleGreat service from SW19. I have rented for nearly over 2 years and they are all very friendly and helpful. If I ever had any problems/issues they are always solving them as quickly as they can and also after work hours Luke is always available to help! He will go out his way to make sure everything has been solved. It is nice to know that he cares about his customers and makes sure that they are happy. A big thank you to SW19 for making me feel safe in my own home :)

GoogleWe had a positive experience from day 1. From the agents that came to view the property at the outset, it was clear they were experts in local property. I had complete confidence they would sell our property quickly, which they did even before the property went onto the website. Our handler Michelle was super efficient and always calm. We bought the property through SW19 hence they were our first choice to sell through. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are in The Battles. Not sure why you’d consider an alternative.

GoogleThey found me good tenants very quickly and very happy with the rent they got. Initially they collected the rent but when I moved away I found their managed service to be really great. Alison is a credit to the team. I've also spoken to Debbie Tompkins who seems efficient.
