GoogleThey found me good tenants very quickly and very happy with the rent they got. Initially they collected the rent but when I moved away I found their managed service to be really great. Alison is a credit to the team. I've also spoken to Debbie Tompkins who seems efficient.

GoogleLandlords and tenants beware! This agency has a terrible reputation for a reason. Avoid at all costs. They are rude (even for London)- hostile and offer appalling service. They will not help landlords with any problems. They lie. Nobody responds to property management issues and when they do they are hostile and rude. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

GoogleThe director would happily lock people out of a property they were renting. LUKE BENNETT WILL HAPPILY LEAVE SOMEONE TO ILLEGALLY LIVE ROUGH ON THE STREETS. DO NOT TRUST HIM! He has also been to court for trying to sabotage another estate agency and has also told an Oversees national to get an English Oxford dictionary if they couldn't understand English. The staff are just the same. They have no customer service skills. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOURSELVES!

GoogleAfter a couple of estate agent horror stories, where our property had been on the market for 6 months, tied up in a single seller contract, with just a couple of viewings in that time, we put our property on the market with SW19. We had heard good things through word of mouth, and via a twist of fate, I had also met the owner, Luke, through the nursery our kids attended. That was in late December; fast forward less than 12 weeks later and we've had continuous viewings, turned down a couple of offers, accepted one and have now completed and exchanged! Top service every step of the way..... we were kept up to date with every viewing, every enquiry, given solid advice, had a laugh and never felt pressured. I wish I'd gone with SW19 from the outset, it would have saved my liver from some serious stress related alcohol damage! If you're buying or selling in the sw19 area, I don't think you could do any better than to go with these guys... a Local estate agent for local people!

GoogleI want nothing to do with them anymore. Shocking, rude, behavior and absolutely the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They will not fix anything for a long period of time and they will treat you like you owe a debt to them I don’t know what the ‘property managers’ they do, but delivering incorrect information, being rude is what they do at office. And maybe disappear when I need to talk to them.

GoogleDisgusting behaviour, unethical, condescending and untrustworthy. -Updated- (Scroll down to the bottom of this review) When It became increasingly difficult to contact SW19, emails were seldom returned, members of staff mysteriously 'unavailable' when we called, out of frustration we decided to terminate their services, giving an explanation and due notice as required by our contract. HOWEVER, SW19 got incredibly spiteful about this, attempting to violate the contract. Sending a series of 'bullying' emails aimed at forcing us to breach the contract. When we refused to violate the terms (as instructed by our Lawyer at the time), they threatened to stop all work on our account. Below are just some of the the issues we had with them. 1) Fake information on the tenancy agreement. The contact details of our tenants were not real, at no point did SW19 inform us of any updates to the tenants, their details or tenancy agreement. When we requested the correct info of who was actually living in our property, they refused to provide it. At this point we had to report them to the police. 2) Deducting Management fees (11%) in January and refusing to provide any management services. 3) Taking money out of the rent without informing us, apparently for 'works', (which we had already paid for), then being pretty difficult to get a hold of when we demanded it refunded. 4) We received emails from the Directors (you have to read these), insulting us, calling us stupid when we found out about SW19's previous court case. They had bought a competitors domain name and redirected it to hard core 'adult' sites. Got caught, and fined by the courts. We were dismayed when we found out, but it did give us an insight into the morals / ethics of SW19. Be very careful with these guys, there's a reason they've been reported to the police and the PRS (Property Redress Scheme)! -Update- When PRS contacted SW19, shortly after, I received a call from Director 'HV', who stated PRS had been in contact, he then apologised for what had occurred and agreed to return the money owed for January (management fees). I accepted his apology, and the money has since been refunded back to us.

GoogleI would not recommend this estate agents to my worst enemy. We were let a property without functioning heating and when this issue came to light "easily" is not the word I'd use to describe how the problem was handled. The property managers are essentially useless. Someone needs to give them some customer service training as simple pleasantries when interacting just aren't too much to ask, especially when paying for a property that was basically not fit for use in the winter. Further issues developed at the end of the tenancy - whilst dealing with issues with the landlords the property manager disappeared on holiday without ever informing me and so I was shovelled off to someone else. I rang the office everyday for a week trying to get to the end of the dispute and come to a resolution however there was never anyone I could speak to and I was kept in the dark as to what was actually happening causing lots of unnecessary stress. Overall, I've never rented from an agents with such poor communication skills, lack of empathy and care for their tenants.
Georgina, the real issue here is that you had to pay for damage to the property you rented from us. We have an email from you personally thanking SW19 for their assistance.

GoogleRyan and Hayley were responsible for the sale of our property. They were both extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and provided excellent communication.
