GoogleI instructed SW19 to sell my property following an unsuccessful period with a well known online only estate agents. I found the online experience to be challenging in a difficult post Brexit vote London market. Luke spoke to me directly at the outset and immediately put me at ease. I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me to sell my property and was clearly proud of his business. I found this a welcome contrast to the pushy approach of some other agents. Luke was realistic about the asking price I should set and gave me good advice, supporting with real evidence and experience. I also felt that the commission and conditions SW19 offered was far superior to competitors and was a key differentiator. I felt like we were working together to sell my property. His team worked well, keeping me informed throughout. They found me a buyer and played a key role in negotiating a satisfactory price for both parties. I also felt happy that they had found me a buyer who genuinely loved my property and was committed to the purchase. This proved to be key when a few weeks later the person at the bottom of the chain pulled out. The SW19 team who were also selling my buyers property resold it within a week and kept the chain together. I thought this was a great example of their expertise and buyers list in the Wimbledon area. The team kept me informed throughout a stressful period. Finally when we progressed towards completion we were working towards a deadline for school places. The team at SW19 worked tirelessly to ensure we achieved the deadline, bringing together the different parties and supporting solicitors with resolution of issues. I turkey believe if it were not for the hard work of SW19 then we would not have completed in time for the deadline and that without their personal committed approach that the chain would have fallen through. They were a true credit to their profession and an example of how it is possible for traditional estate agents to offer better value than online competitors, without resorting to the pushy exploitative tactics of some of the larger agents. I would not hesitate to recommend SW19 to everyone and would certainly use them again if selling in the area. I felt the service they gave me was of the highest standard of quality and was delivered at a very competitive price with a personal touch. Thank you so much SW19 team!!! Best of luck for the future.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service and disgusting behaviour. Please if you are looking for an estate agent look somewhere else. Always 'unavailable' when trying to get hold of any property manger. The director himself was useless and does not have the the best intentions, very patronising/bullying behaviour. Even when ringing the Merton council for advice, they said this is not the first time SW19 have caused problems and advised we contact the local MP to complain. Screams volumes if the council is saying that.... After seeing the reviews on google I am shocked that people have even given them 5 stars, but when looking at the other low rated reviews it looks like other people have had very similar issues like us. The fact that they are continuously letting people down shocks me that they are still running. I wish I had done my research and gone else where.

GoogleI have used SW19 for the last 10 years through buying my property, to renting it over an 8 year period, to recently selling it. Throughout our working relationship they have been extremely helpful, providing impartial feedback and advise. Their Property Management team was responsive and on top of any and all issues that arose - including a 6 week period where a leak rendered the property unlivable - they arranged for plumbers/decorators and contractors to remedy the situation quickly before finding new tenants with in a two day period. During the Sale, they handled all admin and navigated the process seamlessly. Special mention to Amy Ireland who coordinated everything up until the end and was an absolute pleasure to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

GoogleWe have just firmed up the sale of our property in this difficult post-Brexit London market. Our experience with SW19 had been terrific so far. Special thanks to Harrie who was excellent in advising us on the marketing strategy. Both Harrie and Luke went the extra mile by stepping in at the right time when the negotiations seemed to stall. I can continue to list other positive experiences we had with them but these were the ones that defined this sale. I am giving five stars to them without hesitation. By the way, I also found their fees to be one of the most competitive ones among 6 or 7 agents we considered before listing.

GoogleFantastic customer service for tenants during dispute with Landlord. In my experience many estate agents don't really care for their tenants and have a tendency to side with the landlord. We rented a property for two years through SW19 Estate agents. At the end the landlady made unreasonable attempts to make deductions from our deposit. SW19 were very even handed and supportive during this process and ensured money wasn't unfairly deducted from our deposit. In addition, they helped in person by visiting the property after we had left to put rubbish that had been ignored by the binmen into the bin. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

FacebookWe found them to be untrustworthy, bullies and highly unprofessional. Their past exploits with people shocked us, on one occasion, they were taken to court and fined thousands of pounds over illegal and unethical acts. For us they breached the contract, took money from us, stopped providing management services, sent us insulting emails and refused us access to the tenants 'real' information. In fact the contact details of most of the people on the tenancy agreement they sent us didn't exist?? Very puzzling ... They have since been reported to the police and the Property Redress Scheme. Be very careful with these guys, all that glitters isn't gold. Do your research before signing anything and double check every invoice you receive from them. Also we notice that they have a disturbing practice of trying to silence honest reviews, only leaving ones that give them a 'glowing' 4/5 stars. Terrible behaviour all round.
