We finally completed today after an excpetionally long offer period (not SW19's fault!) and I cannot sing the praises of SW19 highly enough. They have put up with me at my most demanding, with professionalism and most importantly empathy, they went out of their way to make the sale happen and support me with anything that I have needed. Special thanks to Clare and Alison for all you have done regarding maintenance etc, Andy for getting the sale and most importantly, Michelle Faulkner who has gone well beyond the call of duty in progressing the sale- I genuinely would have given up a long time ago if not for her and she was by my side throughout the 18 months under offer. SW19 take their clients under their wing and are with you all the way. Having used other agents previously, SW19 are the best in the business. Use them!!!- Thank you team. Sorry I was a pain at times!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I’ve met the most genuine and service minded estate agent. Having registered and met all the agents around Wimbledon (I’ve viewed over 50 properties with all agencies), but it wasn’t until I met Luke, the owner of SW19, that I found the right home. He truly listens and gets what you are looking for. Luke gave me such confidence in the buying process and was always on hand with help and knowledge throughout my purchase and beyond. No question was too much trouble. Luke is extremely knowledgable about the area and has exceeded my expectations in helping me find my new home. I’m forever grateful for his professional advice and ability to help me navigate this process.

It was a pleasure selling my flat through SW19. All the staff especially Michelle who helped push the sale through were quick to respond to any questions, kept me up to date on progress and regularly spoke to the buyer for updates from her side. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They found me good tenants very quickly and very happy with the rent they got. Initially they collected the rent but when I moved away I found their managed service to be really great. Alison is a credit to the team. I've also spoken to Debbie Tompkins who seems efficient.

So glad we moved from another letting agency (who shall not be named) to SW19. The difference in service, communication and competence is amazing. Everyone at SW19 is super friendly and helpful. They took care of all our requests quickly and efficiently - we could not be happier. As a tenant I definitely feel looked after by SW19

SW19 sold our home, they are a very friendly sales team that get results. Our agent Ryan went the extra mile to look after us during the whole process. I would highly recommend SW19 for anyone looking to sell.

Fantastic customer service for tenants during dispute with Landlord. In my experience many estate agents don't really care for their tenants and have a tendency to side with the landlord. We rented a property for two years through SW19 Estate agents. At the end the landlady made unreasonable attempts to make deductions from our deposit. SW19 were very even handed and supportive during this process and ensured money wasn't unfairly deducted from our deposit. In addition, they helped in person by visiting the property after we had left to put rubbish that had been ignored by the binmen into the bin. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

We found them to be untrustworthy, bullies and highly unprofessional. Their past exploits with people shocked us, on one occasion, they were taken to court and fined thousands of pounds over illegal and unethical acts. For us they breached the contract, took money from us, stopped providing management services, sent us insulting emails and refused us access to the tenants 'real' information. In fact the contact details of most of the people on the tenancy agreement they sent us didn't exist?? Very puzzling ... They have since been reported to the police and the Property Redress Scheme. Be very careful with these guys, all that glitters isn't gold. Do your research before signing anything and double check every invoice you receive from them. Also we notice that they have a disturbing practice of trying to silence honest reviews, only leaving ones that give them a 'glowing' 4/5 stars. Terrible behaviour all round.

I instructed SW19 to sell my property following an unsuccessful period with a well known online only estate agents. I found the online experience to be challenging in a difficult post Brexit vote London market. Luke spoke to me directly …
