GoogleWe recently just rented out are first property with Sw19. From the onset Andy Fisher has been absolutely awesome. Andy was professional, efficient, friendly and straightforward. He booked us in late evening and showed us two properties. We loved the second. He was organised and efficient with calls, emails, texts and got our offer accepted in a day!! Within two weeks we were moved in. Henry was efficient with moving date emails, contracts and keys. The moving in day was great and Debbie even checked in on us, which was very kind.So far we are impressed with this agency and would highly recommend. GoogleWe sold our property in February 2020 with SW19. I would highly recommend the team there. I was very impressed with the service, communication was great and I found them open and honest. They quickly built a good relationship with us and worked hard to get us the best outcome. They understood that our flat was a bit of a different proposition and marketed it accordingly. They were great at answering any questions we had and giving advice on the best way forward. Next time I sell a property in Wimbledon I will definitely use SW19. GoogleWhen you leave, they check every single mark from carpet and deducted ! It's crazy! You can expect after tents the carpet to be the same, even if you professionally clean it ! It will look used !!!

GoogleWe finally completed today after an excpetionally long offer period (not SW19's fault!) and I cannot sing the praises of SW19 highly enough. They have put up with me at my most demanding, with professionalism and most importantly empathy, they went out of their way to make the sale happen and support me with anything that I have needed. Special thanks to Clare and Alison for all you have done regarding maintenance etc, Andy for getting the sale and most importantly, Michelle Faulkner who has gone well beyond the call of duty in progressing the sale- I genuinely would have given up a long time ago if not for her and she was by my side throughout the 18 months under offer. SW19 take their clients under their wing and are with you all the way. Having used other agents previously, SW19 are the best in the business. Use them!!!- Thank you team. GoogleThis is a move in review. Had a good experience. Andy was nice showing me round and was very down to earth. Felt like there was no bs. Contract took a while to get over which was initially concerning but everything in it was fine so all worked out ok. Re move in day, Specific thanks to Debbie for meeting me on a Sunday at half 11 to hand me keys after I had to delay my move in. That was very kind of her and saved me another round trip. So good so far 👍
