GoogleBefore moving overseas, we signed on SW19 as our letting agent and they were fantastic for 15 years looking after our property. When you are not living in the country it is really important have faith in the agents you have looking after your property. Clare and her team were always attentive, looked after the tenants and the property and great communicators. When we decided to sell the property we asked SW19 to look after the sale and again gave us great advice and were equally as professional and helpful throughout the sale process helping our tenants find a new home and helping with organising the moving of our belongings from the house to another location while we were not there. We absolutely recommend SW19 as both letting and selling agents.

GoogleDebbie is our letting agent of 2 months and so far she has responded immediately to an unexpected issue. She was recommended to us by a friend and just as he said, she sorts things in a seamless and speedy way. Would definitely recommend. We have a letting agency in another part of London who are the opposite so this is such a relief for us as we live overseas.

GoogleStephen and Clare were extremely helpful in getting our flat ready to let. We live overseas so they arranged videocalls with us. Stephen worked hard to get it let. And Debbie comes highly recommended to manage it now the tenants are in. We were hesitant at first, having had bad experiences with agents before, but so far it's been great service from the lettings team. So important to have good communication when you live far away.

GoogleIt was a pleasure selling my flat through SW19. All the staff especially Michelle who helped push the sale through were quick to respond to any questions, kept me up to date on progress and regularly spoke to the buyer for updates from her side. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAwful agency. Once you’ve signed your tenancy they treat you like dirt. Makes Stath let’s flats look like selling sunset! Renters avoid at all costs. Just had a reply saying I left the house in a terrible state. I paid for a full deep clean including carpets of the house as well as a gardener to ensure there were no issues when I left. They still fabricated reasons why I owed them money which was ludicrous. This scumbag agency are liars and crooks. Do not rent from them as they will rip you off. Landlords - find another agency where the staff have some morals. I have multiple pictures of the property I vacated showing how clean and lovely it was at my own expense. If anyone wants to check facts you are more than welcome.
Interesting that the property you rented 2 years ago is still managed by SW19 and the Landlord will verify what calibre of tenant you are.

GoogleSW19 were absolutely brilliant. I set out a fairly steep challenge of selling my house in 2 weeks and we got it under offer in around 10 days before going live online. I cant fault any of the team from Andy, Rita, Stephen and Michelle they were all brilliant. If you want an estate agent who knows the area and the buyers to match then don't waste your time with some of the larger chains go with SW19 and they wont let you down.

GoogleI'd not rented a property for c25 years when I came to SW19 c3 years ago. I was very apprehensive but my experience was 100% positive. Staff are all friendly, professional, helpful and efficient and any issues are always dealt with swiftly - even the loss of power at 10pm on a Friday night. It was an all round positive experience - quite sad to have now bought my own place.

GoogleI have moved quite a lot of times in the past few years and never actually took the time to write a review of any agency I've dealt with, either because the experience was not great or it just wasn't worth mentioning. This time though it just feels right to do so. As any moving can be, I was facing a very challenging and stressful time up until the very last minute, when a miracle just fell from the sky and I got lucky enough to have SW19 by my side. Their professionalism, humanity and responsiveness are something I never encountered or imagined to experience with any letting agencies out there. A special mention goes to Stephen who, from the very beginning, has been extremely helpful and kind, making sure everything would go smoothly and being there at all time, even out of working hours, for any concern I had.
