They are speaking so impolite and i dont know what can i do . GoogleHaving had some negative experience with estate agent, I had decided to sell our house using an online agent and do most of the work myself. However, by chance, I met Rita from SW19 and she was so friendly and competent, that I decided to give estate agents one last chance. I'm so happy that I made this decision!
The whole team at SW19 worked very hard and the level of professionalism and service was exceptional, not to mention how friendly, patient and nice they all were.
Andrew in particular, went far and beyond to close the deal. He even arranged a face-to-face meeting with the buyers, and worked long hours to make sure we all had all the information that we needed.
One element that sets SW19 apart from other agents is their sales progression service. Unlike most other agents, they actually have a dedicated person (Michelle, in our case), who is responsible to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all parties are being updated regularly. With other agents, I've always had to call and hope that my agent happens to be in the office. Having Michelle running everything behind the scenes saved us a lot of time and stress and the transaction went very smoothly.
