GoogleI should review earlier - I moved out roughly 3 months ago, but I was very thankful to SW19 who provided good service in past 1 years and 2 months, from beginning to the end. Stephen was the guy who guided me the house view and he was very friendly and helpful providing suggestion (indeed that flat was a perfect fit for me). My credit check met some problem as I moved back to this country when forgetting my previous address...! while Stephen was very helpful and patient and finally I managed to find the old address and passed the check. During my live, we met some small but urgent issue with the door, etc, though it's out of working hour, Debbie - the property manager picked up the call and provided instant help, which was very impressive. Check out was smooth, with clear guide and help connect with professional cleansing agent to make check-out extremely smooth.
I've read some '1 star' comment saying staffs were rude...well, they were not most polite people I've met, but definitely not rude. I do think they are professional, straightforward (very clear on yes and no) and pragmatic.
