But right from the start at valuation with Andrew, the viewings and offers dealt with by Claire and Kate, and throughout the sale stage with Rosena, the Sure team in Burton & Littleover eased us through the whole process with care and attention, responding to and dealing quickly with all our communications. Really, they couldn't have been more helpful, and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone selling a home in the area. Thanks!

this worthless so called agent took money of me failed to carry out a repair, blamed the tenant. I had to carry out a exist inspection as the idiot must gave been asleep and blind! they charged the tenant for my inspection! DONT USE THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, LIE AND BLAME LANDLORDS AND TENANTS! so csllwd franchise owner did not have the bottle to see me following serveral requests! landlord and tenants stay away inless you want to be ripped out!

The service is disastrous! Everyone was aware on our moving in date but no one was willing to do anything until we pay application fee (even though we had provided all our details and contracts). We were not able to view the property beforehand so we requested the pictures which we got two days before moving in date and realised that there is reconstruction taking place in the apartment! The agent (Emma) did not provide any details about this when we were confirming. Absurd. The extra fees are ridiculous too!

Cowboys, could not sell my property or let it successfully. Interested only in tenant find fees and collection of management fees. No proper communication between landlord and tenant before let and very unprofessional throughout. Avoid at all costs. They choose problem tenants with bad credit and poor vetting, through systematic agencies who they do not reveal. DO NOT USE them if you are a landlord, as they will create huge problems. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SELL THROUGH THIS AGENT AS THEY LURE YOU INTO A CASH SALE, WHEN IN FACT IT WILL BE A CHAIN SALE AND MONTHS DOWN THE LINE IT WILL FALL THROUGH, LEAVING YOU NO CHOICE BUT TO LET. THE OWNER AND AGENTS HAVE A TRACK RECORD OF POOR MANAGEMENT. THE REVIEWS CANT ALL BE WRONG!

Thank you to Sophie Barley and Mitch. Our move didn't quite go to plan due to building work being delayed on the house we were moving in to. Sophie was always in communication and keeping us up to date on everything. She tried everything she could to hurry things along but these things can't be helped. I was recommended to sure let by my solicitors Tayntons. What a fantastic service sure let offer at great rates. Tom came to view my property and and had it advertised online within a few days. A tenant was found 2 days into advertising and they were moved in with zero stress. Sure let went above and beyond to insure the process was stress free and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lettings agency. Top job guys

This company have so many failings it deserves a half rating only. Initially in 2015 it took over two weeks to get a response on my viewing and even then I had to chase. Upon moving the radiator took 7 months to get fixed. I had to chase. I was not even allowed to hang pictures unless there were existing pic hooks on the wall. So only 2 in living room and 1 in kitchen. Surelets loyalty should be with tenants. They don't even negotiate with landlords to see what is deemed reasonable. They took weeks often to reply to emails. The neighbours were bullying and the landlady was not interested as long as she got her money although had unhappy tenants. Surelet advised I have to sort out the drip from guttering. No ! Citizens advice tell me it's landlords responsibility not tenant. Draught and drips in windows, windows would not close properly, 3 yrs on still not sorted the stain 1 metre long on bathroom ceiling downstairs due to leak above. Did not clean carpets on moving in so I had to although I'm told they did. But carpets were filthy. Tried to get me to pay £46 to transfer from 12 monthly to month by month rolling contract. CAB state this is not necessary to pay it's just an excuse to make money from tenant. Awful unprofessional company. Have No idea on communication skills. One time they did not even knock to enter the house they came in via the back door and let themselves in when I was in the shower! Thanks to Carol sorting out my exit though it was smooth. Carol deserves to be manager she's the only one who knows what she's doing. Do not use otherwise. No point complaining to manager hes as useful as a blunt pair of rusty scissors. You'll have no say, slow to sort issues and often won't sort at all. Staff need retraining. Poor. Poor. Poor.
