FacebookI was very pleased with their service, especially after James Norman helped me to sort out a few crucial issues. They were always polite, punctual and professional in all aspects of the business. They aren't the cheapest on the market, however the service level is one of the best available in the area. I highly recommend them.

FacebookWe put our house up for sale with Surelet and they quickly had numerous prospective buyers immediately interested. It was SSTC within a week. However, the sale of our property took a little longer than I expected, due to the purchasers being first time buyers, but I have to say Sophie Marcer from Surelet kept us well informed of any changes along the way leading to a final completion. I thought Surelet was an agency just for renting properties. Now being made aware and having the experience of selling a property I would definitely recommend using Surelet. Thank you to Mickey, Sophie and all Surelet staff

He made my living a home experience without any hassle or stress. He can always resolve any issues and responds immediately to any query. I'm glad I have James! FacebookWe had a slow start with this company. Things agreed upon before moving in were not done. How much was down to the company and how much down to the landlord I am not sure. However, our new contact James has been a breath of fresh air. Always courteous, professional and sorts issues quickly. His attitude makes me feel like a valued customer, which in my experience is not the norm for tenants in this industry.

FacebookFirst time letting and the whole team have been fantastic. Replied quickly where as other agencies haven’t replied at all. First viewing with Charlotte Channell who was fantastic and despite the tennents leaving us waiting made us feel at ease and secured us other similar viewings the next day! Second and third viewing were with Sophie Barley and Mitchell Baker who again we’re so welcoming and really made you feel at home in the properties. Both have continued our application and final letting and could not be happier. So efficient, friendly, professional and understanding. Whole team is fantastic.

FacebookI don't know how Mickey does it, but we got two chain free offers within one week of going on the market! (which we were willing to accept and accepted the higher otf the two and that same house was on the market for months before we bought it a year earlier - same house but definitely not the same agent). Faboulous dedication to getting a buyer and Mickey kept herself easily contactable and approachable which must have made a lot of difference (Andrew did a great job with the photos). They don't muck about! We have just about settled into our new place.
