FacebookI would definitely recommend Surelet as the first point of contact for renting in Gloucester. After much searching, I found a lovely house with the help of Tom, who's been great throughout the whole process. Tom and the team in general are extremely friendly and really good at responding to emails etc. They are very supportive, helpful and efficient.

FacebookDreadful experience over last few months! They told us shower needed replacing in the house we let through them...they found the ‘plumber’ to do it, has vibrated and made a racket since he fitted it. He’s refusing to go back, and Surelet have zero interest in it now!! Appalling customer service, have little interest in any customers, whether landlord or tenant. Remember this is a franchise...you don’t have to have qualifications, or a brain cell, to set yourself up as a letting agent. And this shoddy outfit demonstrate that very well! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

You have since been provided with a copy of our company complaints procedure but have stated you do not intend raising a formal complaint via the appropriate channel.

GoogleUnprofessional service found me a tenant who was going through a divorce and who had been evicted in the past. All lies from sure let stay away pay the extra and find a trustworthy agent!!! Landlords stay away

FacebookI had rocky road with Surelet Burton in the early days and was in no way a fan, however since James Norman has been managing the property my son and I live in I have to say the service has greatly improved. Prompt and professional responses to any queries or issues. He deals with matters with understanding and empathy as well which has been much needed in the last few months. I would definitely recommend James. Thank you ????

FacebookI sold my house through Sure and Sophie at Sure in Burton was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble and an excellent service. Sophie thinks on her feet to find swift solutions to road bumps in the process. Highly recommend to anyone who is going to sell to use Sure.

FacebookWe have just bought a house through Sophie Marcer at Sure in Burton on Trent and everything about the experience was fantastic. We would highly recommend Sure to friends and family, especially if they could work with Sophie. Despite technically not being our agent, she helped us so much more than anybody else did throughout the entire process. Mitch the estate agent provide a great Viewing and even the picked house was sold,we were able to find even better replacement for better money.Sophie as support office she is adorable and great help with every question I asked.So all in all go for it those guys know what they doing and I bet they can help you aswell.Mike

FacebookI have been with 4 different letting agents and have never experienced such greed. They will squeeze every penny out of you at every opportunity.. I wish to warn people away from taking out a tenancy with them. I feel like leaving my property to save myself some money.. buts that's probably what they want so they can get a little more from the landlord and I'll probably get charged an exit fee somehow!! Go with anyone else!! Any others I've never had a problem with! the staff themselves are okay...but whoever owns the company is a greedy so and so!
Sorry you are unhappy with the renewal of your current tenancy. We clearly display all our fee's in our tenancy agreement which would have been sent to you to read prior to signing. I believe your property manager is in contact direct

FacebookRecently had a property made available after the tenant moved out, less than three weeks and the team at Sure had it turned around, checks done, tenants organised and already rented. Would highly recommend these guys whether a one time landlord or if you have a portfolio, very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. If your letting agents not doing the above, perhaps it’s time to switch?!
