FacebookMoved into my home about 2 years ago now and the service has always been wonderful. Quick responses, any issues have been dealt with very quickly. Rosena has looked after me so well, nothing is too much trouble and she will go out of her way to help you.

FacebookRob and Jess had been excellent in marketing and getting possible tenants vetted. The tenancy team has been excellent as well in managing all the particulars with the tenant and myself as the landlord. The sales team Mitch and Co. has been very clear and concise in guidance and giving out info. Cheers to everyone. One of the best teams i have come across

GoogleWould avoid, very painful to agency at the beginning going through 'good lord' or whatever, so much extra stuff needed when it was not necessary. Throughout tenancy they have been delayed with help, only answering problems a couple days a week with then the problems getting sorted weeks after or if there was mould to just open a window. WOULD AVOID

Sorry you felt the Goodlord process was painful. The increased government legislations have meant this process needs to be more in depth now but we will pass your comments onto Goodlord, direct. Regards to your other points if you could call the office on 01452310999 and ask for a manager we will happily discuss these issues with you and sorry your experience so far has not been positive.

I've been notified of every viewing, offers on the property and once offer had been accepted kept up to date on proceedings. Been looking at properties for a while and Rob has been the only lettings agent out of many to go out of his way to help find a suitable property even with it being a challenge!
