Bond were excellent throughout the process of selling our home. From the beginning the valuation was spot on and the marketing very professional. Communication with all the team was reliable, friendly and respectful. Our telephone calls were returned promptly and we were kept up to date regarding any issues and progress in general. We genuinely felt we could trust Bond and that they were always working in our best interests.

Incredibly impressed by the service we received from Steve Wiggins and his team. So refreshing to deal with genuine people who really care. Redbrik delivered a great service. I was kept in touch at all stages. My personal contact was in touch weekly providing updates. Despite a somewhat lengthy sale they kept providing ideas and a positive outlook. This eventually paid off and resulted in a sale.

The Redbrik sales team have been incredible through out the sale of my property, they have kept me up to date with excellent communication and helped support me to resolve issues outside of their control. We had a really positive experience with Sam May at the Thornton Heath branch - we’ve had some unfortunate hurdles selling our flat and Sam has been there throughout all the ups and downs. We really appreciated his communication, transparency and work ethic in getting our sale over the line particularly, close to exchange and completion. From start to finish, I am very happy with the service I received from streets ahead. All the staffing were very helpful in everyway.
