We recently did a few viewings with Stefano from Streets Ahead. We bought something else through another agent in the end but were gutted not to buy through Stefano. Throughout the last 30 years of experience we have in buying and selling properties, we have never come into contact with someone quite as professional and efficient as Stefano, who is definitely someone I trust now and in the future if I ever decided to sell my property.

Exceptional Support from Maya Dela Pena! Maya from Streetsahead made our tenancy search stress-free and efficient. She helped us find a 2-bedroom apartment in Croydon within a very short time, despite having only 20 days’ notice on our current flat. Maya arranged 4 property viewings on the same day, which allowed us to quickly shortlist one. Even after finalizing, she patiently handled all our questions, arranged multiple follow-up viewings, and coordinated seamlessly with the landlord for quick referencing and paperwork. Her flexibility was outstanding, available early mornings and late evenings to support us. In my 5 years of renting experience, I’ve never had such a dedicated agent. We had a really lovely experience with the agent Bradley who showed us the property. Despite us arriving about 10 minutes late due to an emergency, he was incredibly understanding and kindly waited for us without any pressure. He was very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He took the time to talk us through the next steps, introduced us to the right person for proceeding, and even walked with us while having a nice chat. We’d also like to thank Ethan, who clearly talked us through the next steps for proceeding, including filling out the forms. Possible really did make it possible for me. From the first informal chat with Gary, to my house going on the market, the process was seamless. All members of the team were so helpful, and communication was always tip top, especially when it came to viewings and ultimately accepting an offer. Possible made what I thought was going to be an extremely stressful period seem far too straight forward. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.
