From start to finish, whoever I dealt with I found the staff at Streets Ahead to be helpful and friendly. Saphire King-Harris was my sales progresser, there were a few twists and turns during the sale process, but Saphire worked hard to resolve the issues, keeping me updated at all times. I found her to be be very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have also rented a property through Streets Ahead, Billie Balnkson dealt with this and worked very quickly to find a suitable property for me and my family. Billie helped us through the various processes involved in letting a property ensuring that it all went through smoothly and quickly. Bloody clowns! Sorted a viewing for 6 pm and left 1 hour early from work to make it on time. After driving 2 hours I was waiting 30 minutes the agent who wouldn.t pick up his phone . Then also found the train station which was 8 minutes drive and they told me 6 minutes walk , same was advertised on zoopla. WASTE OF TIME!

They had to do a lot of work, because the seller's solicitors weren't the best, but the streets ahead team were very helpful. Excellent buying service. They found me a nice house that matched my requirements quickly. They were also helpful arranging access for my surveyors and inspectors to ensure the house was in good order. I especially liked the text reminders with full addresses sent to me before viewings. They are are a nice friendly team. Saphire King-Harris was superb at liasing with the owner, tenant and myself to ensure that the correct paperwork and evidence was prepared and set up so that I could take over the tenancy safely. She liased with the solicitors as well to push things along. She was on the phone daily with me and understood due to my busy job that I could not always answer the phone but ensured that I could always speak to her when I called her. She is a great asset to Streets Ahead and deserve a special reward from them. If she is on your side she will do everything possible to make sure the sale legally completes quickly.

From the beginning of searching for properties, to the exchange of contract, I received the most helpful and friendly services in a professional manner from various staff, especially Saphire King-Harris, who is a great help in pushing the exchange of contract to happen for me. When I was totally stressed out by the bank's delays and the solicitor's issues towards the end, she went extra miles to help me chase various parties constantly all day long to get all documents in place, patiently guided me through and kept motivating me to get things sorted. Worst experience ever. From day one of me making an offer on a flat to rent and paying the holding fee, it was nothing but hassle. They obviously don't communicate within their team as I would receive phone calls from 3 different people, telling me different things. The referencing and credit check were complete within 2 days - I received a call from the company running the checks telling me everything was perfect and we were good to go. However Streets Ahead were telling me otherwise. On the day we were due to move into the flat, we received a phone call. This is while we were driving on the motorway to Brighton to collect my boyfriend's stuff. Telling us that we wouldn't be able to move into the flat today because it hadn't been cleaned... We were later told that it was because the tenants hadn't moved out. So many lies and confusion. The next day they said we could move in - we turned up and the flat was filthy and still hadn't been cleaned. They said we would not be able to move in until around 10pm that night. All this drama left a bad taste and we withdrew from the deal. WORST AGENCY EVER. They completely messed up what was meant to be a fun time for my boyfriend and I.

During last few years I have been dealing with different estate agents but I found Streets Ahead to be the best -- in particular their Lower Addiscombe Road office. The team maintains highest professional standards and they really work hard for their clients. To start with, Patrick who did my property valuation was very knowledgeable and honest and gave me useful advice. With the property going for sale in the market, Jennifer,Eve and Harley did a fantastic job and they were always available whenever I needed them for any questions etc. After I accepted the offer, Saphire handled the progressing of sale with 10/10 service standard. We were in the market only for a month and had viewed few properties with different agents. I was really disappointed with other Estate Agents I was registered with and widen our search and registered with Streets Ahead.
